They have pickup that's what I primarily do. Pizzas are good, but getting it cooked your way is sometimes a hit or miss, when it's cooked your way it delicious.

Terrible experience. I ordered 2 pies and an order of zeppolies. It took almost 90 minutes I had to call twice to see if it was coming. Pizza was cold! And the zeppolies hardly had any powdered sugar! For almost 50$ it just wasn't worth it!

I met with a dear friend who has a disability. The staff was very courteous, accommodating, and considerate. The food was spectacular. The garlic knots are a joy. My friend had a slice of pizza, and liked it. He traveled from Manhattan to try the garlic knots and was not disappointed. He also had a delicious plate of baked ziti. I had a panini and was very pleased. Portions were ample. I left with a doggie bag. I will be returning here. Pricing is consumer friendly. A fantastic bang for the buck. Also, the cleanest public restroom I've seen in Staten Island. We stayed and chatted for some time as we waited for my friend's Access-A-Ride to show up. We were never rushed or made to feel uncomfortable. Our waitress was just lovely, and the owner was very personable. This restaurant is a gem. Thank you, Pizza Parlor, for a great meal!
Parking: Near the Annandale train station.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a step up into the front door. I don't think it would be easy to do for a wheelchair.

Officially off the list. After being a customer for years and always ordering 1/2 & 1/2 pies, he had the audacity to try and charge me a $10 “service charge” to get. 1/2 and 1/2 pie. Great service!! Next spot up!!

This might be worst tasting pizza on the island . Ordered pizza and the crust tasted like card board. Order penne al vodka chicken role as well which had absolutely no vodka sauce. Also gave me a can of soda with mold on the top. Can’t speak for any other food but pizza sucks at a pizzeria is not a good sign .
Ordered a pizza tonight and could be the WORST we ever had...Pizza was old and reheated with peperoni put on top. Burnt and you could literally snap the slices in half !!! Would not have taken if even free. To bad didn't notice till home. In garbage

Quality has deteriorated over the last year and a half. Being delivered cold pizza and being told they’ll send another, yet an hour later, still no fresh pie. Cold sandwiches are warm. Half the time the pizza was overcooked. So sad, my family use to love this place.

The order was late the food was not hot got a burger and fries not worth 16.90. Fries were greasy and burger had no taste it remind of the box burgers you get at Costco. They didnt give enough
