Never got the food
So service sucks
Lied to us each time we called on ETA. Ordered at 7:55pm and never got food. Still waiting at 935pm.
if you are going to use a delivery service as an extension of you. Then that is on you. That is part of your staff. Own it. Ridiculous.

So upset just spent $80 on four sandwiches and my sandwiches was opposite of what I specifically asked for. Why leave me on hold for 15 mins to finally take my order and totally ignore what I asked for. Asked for garlic bread steak and onions with mozzarella. Was given a Philly cheesesteak with mushroom and burnt bread.
I ordered 2 plain pies tonight at 830. At 930 I called to check on them and was told they just left the oven and were coming.. it's now 1030 and still nothing after being told they were gonna rush it out and send some free food as an apology.
Excellent pizza. Tried a plain slice here and at Mona Lisa as a taste test. This place's plain slice was absolutely better.

Came into pizza parlor to pick up a pizza today and got hit with hot air when walking in. I see workers struggling to even survive inside. They were sweating back there. Looked like the ac wasn't working which could possibly be a health violation for not only the workers but also the food on display. If the owner is seeing this help your coworkers out with some cold air especially during a heat wave. Thank you.

had the Buffalo Chicken Pan Pizza. The crust is thick, buttery, and perfectly crisp, holding up all that cheesy, spicy goodness without getting soggy. The buffalo sauce has just the right kick — tangy, spicy, and addictive — and it’s generously layered with tender chicken and melty mozzarella.
The staff. Friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about their food and their customers. Service was quick, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

I got the chance to try this pizzeria. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked into a cute restaurant. I was greeted and sat and Ariana was my server. I ordered:
Grandma's Meatballs
Mac and cheese canzone
Spicy knots
Doritos Mozzarella
Gnocchi Bolognese
westerly pie
The mac and calzone were amazing! I also loved the meatballs! All in all, I had a wonderful experience.

The Pizza Parlor in Annadale on Staten Island is phenomenal. The staff, especially Frankie, is extremely friendly and very accommodating. We've eaten in the restaurant and had food to go on numerous occasions and never a problem. The food is very delicious. The MOST IMPORTANT comment I could make regarding The Pizza Parlor is the fact that they are the ONLY restaurant in Staten Island is the fact their catering on Easter Sunday includes HOT FOOD. Every other restaurant is COLD FOOD which takes hours to heat and I have no time to deal with such nonsense on a time pressured holiday. The Pizza Parlor is where it's at. Mangia !

They have pickup that's what I primarily do. Pizzas are good, but getting it cooked your way is sometimes a hit or miss, when it's cooked your way it delicious.

Terrible experience. I ordered 2 pies and an order of zeppolies. It took almost 90 minutes I had to call twice to see if it was coming. Pizza was cold! And the zeppolies hardly had any powdered sugar! For almost 50$ it just wasn't worth it!
