You walk in and no one is there to greet you or say hello. I waited and waited and finally just went to Mona Lisa next door. Food is great, love the sauce. But the service is horrible. Even on the phone… they don’t answer or put you on hold. They also have a tendency of messing up your order.
Me and my daughter come weekly for the square. Luis is one of a kind.. he is so nice he slices my daughters pizza for us gives her a juice box ? She needs her weekly visit now she’s hooked! ?
I am from North Jersey and I was visiting my friend Michelle in S.I. we ordered from The Square 2x times and both times were very good and the service was excellent. We had ordered their square pizza which was out of this world better then Jersey pizza! And we have order their Cheesesteak wrap and they were able to accommodate our special request.
