After 2week both restrooms are still out of service this is unexceptable how do you expect pp to get coffee or stop after driving for hour and not have a restroom.I think they dont want pp th use the restroom cause of the students.....but I'm a senior citizen and come here every week, and they don't use tissue to pick up their donuts and get my donut and then handle the money disgusting sorry

Horrific place!! They can’t get your order right, then they charge you for the wrong thing and can’t refund your money! Won’t give napkins in the bag if you ask them to, plus they can never hear you in the drive thru. You start talking to them and then they turn to talk to someone else. Horrible customer service

First trip to Staten Island and glad they had Tim Hortons. When I worked in Canada, this was my favorite place to go and living in Connecticut, none exist. The location is fine, but limited parking. Inside was well laid out but seating area was in need of refresh and cleaning. Ordered coffee and it was excellent and also had a crossiant, which was perfect. My colleague had the coffee (first time) and he was impressed. He also had a muffin and sandwich, which were great. As it's far for me, it's unfortunate as I would be here every morning!

Enjoyed my pit stop here for mini donuts and coffee. The mini donuts are better than DD in my opinion. Coffee is smooth. Do the survey and you can get a 10 piece mini donut for $1, great deal !!
This location has a drive thru and small parking lot in the front as well. Also there is a sitting area to relax and enjoy your food. Free WiFi is decent as well.
Doesn't know what a dirty chai was then got upset that we asked for something different. Then put espresso in both drinks we ordered. Definitely not the standard from the Canadian locations

Orders a steak wrap and a latte..wrap wasn’t pleasant neither was the latte , I opened my cup to see this..is this normal? I’ve never seen this before in my coffee. Appetite ruined??
