On numerous occasions when going through the drive-in window, the window service is terrible. There’s one woman that works there that always has a bandanna on her head who will pass you hot coffee without giving you a holder for the cups causing you to spill coffee in your vehicle. On another occasion when they put the change out, they drop it on the floor outside the drive-through window without an apology.. On another occasion, going inside the same woman with the bandanna on her head after asking her to check the coffee to ensure that one was milk and sugar, and the other was black. She insisted that it was then when having the coffee there was NO Sugar in the coffee and the black coffee she put milk. I always leave a tip. I’m always courteous and respectful not anymore. Now I’m I’m going Be inconsiderate, boisterous, and loud disrespectful the same as she treated me by not providing me with what I requested and paid for.

I came here with my family to grab coffee for my wife, and a small sand which for myself, as we were in the middle of a road trip. The food was good, and so was the coffee. Unfortunately, that doesn’t matter when service is horrible. I was served in the drive through by an incredibly rude and condescending worker named Maari. He was rude and rushed the order from the second he answered on the drive through intercom, all the way up to the point of our departure. I won’t embarrass him on the public forum (I’m sure he does that enough himself), but suffice it to say I will NEVER give this Tim Horton’s my business again - and neither should you.

Usually when I go through the drive thru there seems to be a lot of confusion about my order. Today we went through the drive thru and when we got to the window they kept asking what we ordered. They charged us $17.05, then a lady came to the window and asked us to pay a different amount while handing us my iced chai. We told her we already paid, she said ok and went back. Then another employee came to the window and started handing us a bag for a different order and told us a different amount. Someone else came over and handed us our order, but forgot the timbits. They handed us the receipt and said we never ordered it. Then charged us for 10 timbits after we ordered 40, we told them we ordered 40, they charged us AGAIN and then gave us 40. It was a disaster and the chai latte tasted weird.

Tim Hortons donuts and especially the coffee are a million times better then Dunkin , I hope Tim hortons expands into Brooklyn and not just into gas stations but actual donut shops like this one in Staten Island

Take the sign off the bathroom door that says restroom out of order. If your employees are gonna go in and out of it. I had a child that had to use the restroom and was told no by some employee even after I spent $45 in this poorly ran location. Such a black eye this location gives to a great establishment like Tim Hortons. Someone get in there and gain some control over the bad disrespectful 17 year old employees.
STAY AWAY!!!!! GO TO DUNKIN!!!! They're much more customer friendly.
