First time at this Tim Hortons on Hylan Blvd and I’m honestly shocked at how rude the cashier was. I waited while all employees focused only on drive-thru orders, no greeting, nothing. When the cashier finally looked at me, I smiled — she gave me a cold, unfriendly stare.
She got impatient with me for simply telling her which donuts I wanted, rushed me, and still gave me the wrong tea. The worst part? She smiled and joked with the customer behind me, making it clear her attitude was only toward me.
I love Tim Hortons, but after today, I won’t be coming back to this location.

This cashier doesn't seem to listen well or organize my orders. This young skinny girl kept forgetting all my orders, dropping my donuts on the floor, and not giving me a receipt or change. This place is unprofessional and I will never go back.
