I don’t know what happened to this place, but I can’t stand to go here anymore. I don’t know if they’re perpetually understaffed, or what, but it often seems like one person is taking and making orders and is frazzled. Sometimes they don’t even open the dining area. And it’s slow as molasses. This has been going on for a few month, and I feel tricked every time. I’m done going here.
I stopped by this morning to pick up a cup of coffee and donut on my way to work as this is my first time dealing with Tim Horton and it will be the last time , the customer service was very bad the girl who helped me had a despicable attitude and basically threw my donut on the counter just like I’m getting it for free, sorry this kind of person shouldn’t be there serving people. If I can rate zero I would!
