So I went here today to wait for someone and was very uncomfortable because there was a man circling the parking lots for about 30 min. I processded to take me and my child inside of the store for safety and explain to the cashier what was going on but he acted like he didn't understand me or he was in on what was going on ( even after I pointed out the car. I took a video of the car and his plate are R53-VEG. He's a younger Indian or Middle Eastern man with a lil belly wearing a hat just riding around looking weird. So please watch your surroundings ladies and your children by these highways..

I ordered jelly donut and large hot latte.
Donut was pretty good, but unfortunately, a latte not worth it. It's not because of barista, it's only because of coffee machine which they use to make a coffee.
Barista was really nice and done everything in clean way. And the way it's supposed to be.
But unfortunately that time, their bathroom doesn't work for the customers, and it's really upset.

The restroom is always locked for customers. When asking to use it, I'm told that it's not working this has been the case for over a 1 1/2 years. My cousin who is gay is denied service, even if it's to buy lottery tickets or scratches. I have seen it for myself how they treat certain people.

I came 9:20 PM for coffee but tim Hortons lady said it’s closes. But time shows online 10:00 PM
Placed an online order with breakfast and coffee, went into the branch to pick up but was told they do not serve food. Got in touch with customer service and was told I needed to get a refund issued by the store manager or owner. Went back into the branch to get said refund, but was told nothing can be done at the branch and wait for a manager. I had to spend 3 days time going into this location for a conversation with the manager before finally seeing one. Was then denied said refund and was told to call customer service again. One word. Disgusting

This place has the worst customer service of any Bolla Market/gas station.... Mr. Singh needs to attend to these complaints as they are serious and bringing light to possible harm in future on the staff! I cannot believe the incident today as the young woman cashier (as well as manager) accused my child of frequently coming to that store and panhandling ???? How is that possible living all the way in Queens??? She was sadly mistaken... and goes to show how easily someone could be falsely accused
Kid-friendliness: Horrible....
Accuses my child of frequent visits of panhandling and child has never before come to store as we live very far away! Child was short to buy cakester... another patron kindly gives him rest of money ... and cashier outlandishly, falsely accuses of prior situation 🤨

Horrible people coffee sucks. Don’t waste your time the crew there is terrible.
Lady working upfront is very rude, went around 9 and she said they’re closed when the time says closing at 10. Wont be going
back since I shouldn’t have to make multiple stops just to get a coffee.

Nasty attitude by one of the girls in the front. Literally had a snarky way of talking. You can be nicer, told her I would never be coming back because of this.

One of the friendliest Tim Horton’s I’ve been to (even friendlier than the Canadian ones!) It’s a bit busy inside (it’s inside a gas station), but the workers greet you and assist you in a very nice and friendly manner. Iced coffee was good, and the Timbits were delicious!
