The food is good they have lots of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and on top of their game. It can get a little crowded and loud but I think that's normal and to be expected. Otherwise fun times and good food

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Tommy's Tavern and Tap on Richmond Ave on Staten Island. The manager Steve and Walter the person I asked for a table for a party of 12 were more than accommodating. Everyone was friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend this place for the staff and food.

First time there, food was absolutely delicious. Spinach and Artichoke dip was spot on. Staff and Managers were friendly and attentive. Didn’t feel rushed at all

I met my girlfriend here recently on a Wednesday after work, and it was perfect because it wasn't too crowded. We kicked off the evening with a couple of beers at the bar. They have a great selection, including a lot of craft beers. Since IPA is my go-to, I tried a few different ones, and they were all really good. After a few drinks, we decided to order dinner, and there were so many options on the menu. We ended up sharing a pizza and a burger. The burger was amazing—I went for the bacon barbecue, and it was full of flavor and super juicy. The fries that came with it were crispy and delicious. The pizza was just as good, and the meat lover’s option was definitely the right choice. The bartenders were awesome, too. They were always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. All in all, this place is a great spot to relax and hang out.

I have to give a shoutout to Tommy’s. We have been here a few times (especially when seeing a movie) and it has never disappointed. The place is packed, and for good reason.

Our last visit had some problems. Nothing to do with our waitress. Regardless, I did put it in my review. When leaving, the manager caught us on our way out, and proved why Tommy’s is so great.

If you’re at the mall and need a place to eat, go to Tommy’s. It’s great for adults and kids. But there will be a wait! But it’s worth it :)

Went for my brother's graduation, service was amazing 👏🏼

I had heard that they made a decent burger which is what I was in the mood for so I went there with a friend. I wanted the maple bacon burger she got some sort of. I guess it was like a French dip sandwich, but didn’t even ask her how she wanted the meat cooked. Luckily came out medium rare instead of well done which would’ve been shoe leather. I got a calamari 50-50 appetizer, which was pretty decent, but not as spicy as advertised but it took a little bit better than a half hour. The serve a past us about five or six times. I don’t understand what the holdup was why we didn’t get the food on time or why didn’t come hot but I am I don’t know I don’t know if I’ll even give it a second shot really honestly, I wasn’t impressed. The burger was tasty but like I said everything was cold and brioche bun was actually oversized and it wasn’t a lot of bacon on it.

Good food, good location. The staff and service are horrendous. Waitresses have attitudes, bartenders are arrogant and take their sweet time serving. Just very lazy and expect a tip no matter how poor their service is. On several occasions had dirty cups, plates and silverware. Keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but won’t be going back ever again.

I’m going to give it a two because I love the food at Tommy’s(in every location, not just here)
Other than that, it was not a fun experience.
The server on the next table was literally disturbing us by being super loud, they gave us a table with stuff from the people before us, they told us our table was ready just for us to come there and had to wait another 10 minutes. The environment was not it. The table behind us was too loud and obnoxious. Thanks but no thanks
