Let me try and keep this short but I found the best Tropical Smoothie on Staten. Ya always do me Good! But I must say your Girl Rosemary G... She was kindly asked for extra peanut butter, and let me tell you... She Delivered and even asked if it was to my liking. That was some amazing customer service!!!! Tysm Girlie!!! She definitely understood the assignment and even went for that extra credit. Ya need more Rosemary G's!!!

Food is delicious eat here almost everyday . But these girls need a raise I don’t know what it is lately attitude has been horrible.si I order açaí bowls everyday and today specifically girl caught an attitude bc I ask for my order thst I asked for and waited a long time for she made mines with an attitude even the spoon fell .and she literally gave me less on of my fruits im basically eating less açaí .Management Needs to check this or Reggie new employees

The smoothie was good, despite price sticker shock. I felt like I was paying Manhattan price without the Manhattan experience

I just went in and I ask for a chicken quesadilla, the young lady told me they already cleaned the quesadilla maker they can not do it for me. They were two young ladies and no other customers in the store. it is 7:50pm and they close at 9 pm. What a bad service. I am a frequent customer but I won’t come back.

I stopped by Tropical Smoothie Café recently, for the first time, and I have to say, it was such a refreshing experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly energy from the staff. The two girls were working quick and efficient, especially during rush hour. The smoothie and wrap I ordered were delicious!! Great service, great food, and great vibes all around! Will be coming back.

2 young ladies working the one named Suha was very disrespectful from the time I walked in my smoothie was made wrong with yogurt and I come here a lot and have problems with people putting yogurt in my smoothies and that’s not what I paid for I tasted it and told the girl that I taste the yogurt she said ok I’ll remake it then Suha proceeded to say next time don’t remake it. Why I’m a paying customer if not then give me my money back. What you mean don’t remake it I paid my money I want what I paid for. So I will not be back that was disrespectful and I come here a lot. None the less the smoothie was made I asked for the managers info and she said yeah I’m here when she’s the shift lead so you’re a liar you could have said the manager not here right now I’m the shift lead I can take your info have them call or you can come back. On your phone at work not a good look when your customers are there.

I don’t suggest nobody go to this location. They charge more than the other two franchisees which I really don’t understand since it’s all suppose to be the same. Also this morning they said they no longer do the happy hour however Richmond & Hylan blvd does. So I would definitely recommend ether of those two. Just visit & compare price on the same food & u will see the difference

Idk if it just me but the food there been getting worse lately because of the employees like who puts this much Buffalo on a wrap ??? This was horrible and ruined and horribly wrapped it fell apart

Early this morning I placed an order online through the Tropical Smoothie app, selected the closest location to me (which was 1407 Forest Ave), and received an email at 9:22 confirming my order.

Well I never received my order. I called the store at around 10:30am (the # was in the email), and received no help whatsoever. The man I spoke to had no idea if my order was done. He told me that since I ordered so long ago, it must have been picked up already, but he couldn’t say for sure. He then told me o could track it, and I told him I am tracking it and it was nowhere near me. It looked like there was a car all the way on the south side of the island. The man I spoke with then told me I had to take it up with the delivery ppl (either Uber eats or DoorDash), then said there was nothing he could do. Then someone from DoorDash texted me and sent a pic of my order that he left at some corporate building. Meanwhile my address was very clearly included in my order on the receipt.

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spent about $35 and got absolutely nothing in return.

I will never go to this location again. The service in store has always been great, but I’ll spend my money elsewhere from now on.

Ordered for the first and LAST time here. Ordered a simple south west wrap. With very simple instructions to get it with their provided choices of protein and no tomato. They send me some egg wrap with no sauce, no chicken AND tomato on it. How difficult is it to follow a simple order that’s straight off your menu with no special requests or modifications. And not to mention the delivery took far longer than the 10-15 minutes I was told. Horrible locations that needs more intelligent ppl who can read a simple set of instructions. Not rocket science ppl.

Never going to this location ever again! I went yesterday to order a smoothie and asked the girl if I can add 3 scoops of protein to the shake to which she replied no problem and proceeded to charge me for the extra protein. When I asked her to make sure I get all of my smoothie including any left overs like I always do (I know there is always extra as I pay for 3 extra servings and it doesn't fit in their cup) she told me no, unfortunately she can't do that. I asked why not and she said because they are not allowed to give me anything more than what fits in a cup. I was confused as why I would pay for an extra 3 scoops of protein and then not get all the protein I literally paid extra for. I even told her I've had that done before from other locations as well as this one in the past. She told me no sorry it's our policy. When I asked what they will do with my extra drink, she literally told me she will throw it out. I asked her to get a manager because she obviously didn't understand the fact that I was getting the smoothie for the protein and she is specifically telling me I will not get all the protein I was charged extra for. She said her manager "Ammar" was not there but she can call him. I waited 5 minutes for her to call him only to come back and say the same thing which was no they will not give me extra protein they will charge me for. How the "manager" didn't understand the math either is beyond me. I drove my ass to the location on Richmond Ave and received my smoothie with my 3 scoops in a large cup and a small cup for my overages with no issues or conversations in under 5 mins! (Longer than it took this girl to call her manager Ammar) The customer service was absolutely horrific at this location and the fact that the manager Ammar didn't understand the concept of the customer would like everything they paid for, is beyond me! I will continue to go to the Richmond or Hylan location where they actually have a brain and understand life and money and will advise anyone I know to do the same! Just mind blowing!

I used to love coming here. The quality of the smoothies have definitely changed over the last year. ingredients seem cheap and the service is extremely slow. just go to the richmond ave location. never disappoints or takes forever
