VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The young guy who works there always make the smoothies EXTREMELY SWEET to the point you can't even drink it. There is NEVER a manager on the premises so basically you can't get a refund or exchange. I went there twice and both times was very bad experiences. I wouldn't recommend anyone to attend this location if your someone who loves smoothies. The worker will tell you he has to call a manager and you'll be waiting almost an hour just to speak to a manager that'll never pick up. You will not receive anything for the money you wasted either. DO NOT ATTEND THIS LOCATION!!

Made a mistake on the app and ordered from the wrong location. They wouldn't refund my money. For $18 they lost a customer forever. The TS that's close to my house is a different owner so I will only go there from now on.

This location is terrible. Most of the employees have a bad attitude. A woman with a black bandana and a hat does not provide good customer service at all. No proper greeting, she just stands there like a mute and looks at you. She should be working in the stock room without human interaction.

We have order from this location many time ever since it opened. The passed two months we must have ordered from Uber Eats 6-8 times already. But have no idea why, the passed two times we have order the smoothies, after consuming it, we ended up with stomachaches, not sure what exactly caused it, If is the sanitizing of the equipment used or the ingredients. So disappointed

The smoothies are delicious but the wait is ridiculous. I made an order online for a certain time and when I got to the location it wasn’t ready. The girl didn’t even start my order yet, she completed the ones in the store first. Also, she seen me standing there and didn’t even ask for the name for the pick up. I waited 15 minutes for an order I ordered. That’s not even the end, when I got home I drank it and there was a lot of spinach at the bottom. If you want a smoothie head to the tropical smoothie on Richmond Ave.

Stopped by to get a smoothie, smoothie was great . The customer service was terrible . I used a card, the girl at the counter never gives me the recipe walks away with a attitude. Then puts the drink on the counter doesnt say a word . I said to myself she must hate her job.

I ordered online. I walked in. This was the second time I was complete ignored. The first time I thought it was my approach so this time I was very patient. They were busy so I waited till the store cleared out. The cashier goes on break right before I go from the pick up side to the register. I stand at the register for a few more minutes at witch point my food was sitting on the shelf 15 minutes. I simply told them they never looked up or called out for the orders that were sitting on the shelf. I did not want it cold. I asked for a refund and was told I would get it. Two weeks later I still don’t have it. I’ve been going there for a long time and I don’t know if it’s staffing issues but it just keeps getting worst.
