Oh, man!! Absolutely the best espresso beans I've ever had!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have been a customer of this establishment for more than 10 years. I have had a subscription for those 10 years, then earlier this year somehow the subscription stopped processing the card (nothing wrong with the card btw). I called and was informed that they had an issue with a payment processor for subscription plans and that they are in the process of resolving it. After 2-3 weeks the issue was not fixed, but luckily the representative manually adjusted the order based on my subscription.

When it came time to order again, the subscription was completely removed from my account. I called again, was told that they no longer offer subscriptions (even though on their website there is a tab for it at the time of writing this). I explained my situation and was reassured that the owner would be approached about the issue and that I would get a call back. I have not received any calls from them so I decided to follow up the next day, was told the person I have to speak to is in a meeting and to call back in 1 hour. Called back in an hour to endless rings and eventually the answering machine.

This entire process from problem to this point was several months, as usually the supply I order lasts me 2-3 months. Also, as others pointed out their shipping has started to be atrocious for the past year or two, I’m talking almost a month at times and I believe it would have been longer had I not called asking about my order. It is insulting and degrading to be treated like this. I hope everyone steers away from this company because they do not value their customers, even ones of more than 10 years.

Unfortunately, after many years of buying coffee from this company I’m out. What used to be exceptional service is no longer the case. The coffee is great, but the shipping time is just ridiculously slow. It takes 3+ weeks to get shipping out of the warehouse and 1+ extra week to have it delivered, and this is not even when they have a promo sale. I’m taking my business somewhere else.

This review is long overdue! Unique Coffee Roasters has some of the best coffee beans I’ve ever had. I’ve tried different blends and they all taste phenomenal! I use their First Impressions blend for my morning latte everyday. The staff there are friendly wholesome people! Support this local business!

I placed my order (and paid) for 2 lbs.Kona Blend. Month and half later still no product. No response to email(s). Calls instantly directed to voicemails which then indicate mailboxes full. Finally connected today, and was promptly reprimanded ( in classic NY 'snarky millennial' tone ) that this was fault of UPS but my order will arrive this week. ? I'm not believing a (6+ weeks) delay was result of any UPS negligence. I get a sense this company is struggling. Now they can add me to their former customer list. Adios

I’ve tried a bunch of their roasts and they are delicious. I’d like to order their coffee on a regular basis, but unfortunately their time window for shipping is unreliable. I ordered three pounds of coffee last Friday, and immediately received a confirmation of my order in my email. By Tuesday, I received no further notice. After emailing late that day, asking when I could expect my order to ship, I received a note saying I should allow 4-5 days. On Wednesday, I received a notice that my order was “on the way.” In reality, Unique created a UPS label, and nothing more. It’s Thursday evening, and UPS is still waiting for the delivery. This is not the first time that this has happened. It may be the last. Maybe they are too busy filling the orders for the big box stores to be bothered. I don’t expect an overnight delivery, but is it too much to ask for an honest delivery date?
