I am so disappointed with this restaurant. They charge me a delivery fee of 2.00 and a now an operating fee of .62??? When I called, I was told it was a credit card fee but I paid cash. My order initially maybe 16.00 dollar but by the time I got it- I was paying 24.00 because you also have to tip the driver. Plus the last two times I ordered, the food was not as expected. My pizza was burnt and the food I just Linquine Carbonara ordered to mushy and soft. I would order from here every Friday for my family - not any more.

I ordered a delivery pie and I noticed it wasn’t fully cut all the way and I didn’t have a pizzza cutter in the house so I called and explained and they offered me a replacement pie right away - everyone was so kind and helpful they even gave me a free soda after apologizing I’m so glad I started ordering from here

The new ownership has for certain upgraded the food! The variety and ingredients are better making it much tastier.
The counter is full and not lacking has it has been over the previous years.
Great pizzeria with a good selection of slice options. Also has a nice dinner menu. Been going there for years.

Village has been our go to quick and tasty pizzeria since we moved to great kills about 3 yrs ago. I never write reviews and rarely do we ever have problems with them or their service but recently we had an issue with who we think might have been one of the newer drivers? The managers and staff were great and quick to accommodate us. Just placed an order this weekend and the food came better than expected. My 4 yr old loves their calamari and baked clams too! Definitely recommend! Great food, prices and staff!!
