Had the most interesting gnocchi dish with a mushroom/short ribs sauce that I enjoyed tremendously. We also had the stuffed clams and eggplant, both excellent as well.

Delicious and staff is awesome are waitress CECE was the absolute best. we had the short rib fell off the bone like butter. baked clams delicious... the mussels in white sauce and great the salmon oreganata and avocado salad ...every bite was amazing

I was simply amazed at the beautiful atmosphere, the amazing friendly staff, the food!! Omg the food!!????Just go and try it! There prices are extremely reasonable! You will not be disappointed!! It’s my new go to spot now and will be for now on.. great drinks, great entertainment! Clean! Clean bathrooms! I can’t say enough about the place- just go give it a try. You will not be disappointed!!

The food was great. I had stuffed Dover Sole. It was fresh and delicious. We also had chickpea casserole. It's one of my favorite dishes there. They had live music. We sat at the bar. Nice Saturday night.

This is my third time visiting, and it Vitalia never disappoints. I loved the caramel martini, one of the many choices from an eclectic cocktail menu. Tonight they participated in NYC restaurant week, had nightly specials and entertainment - singer and sax player. Service was wonderful as always but the highlight is the wonderful food. We were two couples and shared fried calamari and a pot of mussels in red sauce - yummy and plentiful. For dinner, we had delicious tender gnocchi, pork chop with apple, short rib and chicken. Everything was amazing. We came for an early dinner and by the time we left, the place was packed. Make reservations- you won’t be disappointed.

Everything was delicious! The baked clams, the gnocchi and the rice balls were amazing! The arugula salad was also great.Nice ambiance too. Looking forward to going back and trying other items on the menu :)

Vitalia has excellent food. Everything is delicious: specials, appetizers, entrees, sides. Even the cocktails are spectacular. Favorites: gnocchi, short ribs, fried calamari, mussels. They participate in restaurant week and they offer entertainment on some nights too. The noise level is high - it gets crowded so make reservations.

Food and service was excellent. There was live music in the front of the restaurant which was loud if you wanted to chat with your dinner companions but we sat in the back so the music was just a nice added touch. Not too loud.

The filet mignon special was surprisingly small for the price of the meal. Ordered off the menu chicken with the salad and was very good. Tuna Tatar was okay. Didn't like the flavor with the pickled onions service was excellent

Jordan, our server, as well the entire wait staff who assisted her throughout the entire 3 1/2hrs were excellent. Cuisine overall was very good. All dishes were prepared and served as ordered, and each course was appropriately spaced out in a timely manner. In my opinion, the only "negative" about Vitalia is its restaurant "ambiance", or lack there-of (table settings, lighting, seating, etc.) at best, is marginal.

Vitalia is a very good Italian restaurant. The service was only sub par bc of being short staffed. However, the bar tender was wonderful! She was busy, so we understood. The set up is a little strange though but that's due to the space they have in the plaza, it's a long venue. The main thing is the food is outstanding...from the meatballs, quinoa salad, sweet & spicy calamari to the main courses...short ribs, gnocchi, pesto & halibut. All amazing dishes!!! Xoxo

Had my 21st birthday party at Vitalia, it was reservation for 15.Staff was great, food was amazing! I had the tuna tar tar, crispy salmon, and tried some calamari. Everyone loved it! I can't wait to go again and try more things on the menu.

Food, service very good as always, prices ok for portions and food quality. Only issue on a Saturday would not have a rock band starting at 8p, for this type of establishment , either start much later or compliment the ambiance with "Italian " style background music....
