this place was originally vivis bubble tea, they put a sign that they were doing remodeling and are temporarily closed, making me believe they are going to come back soon with the original premise of bubble tea, etc, but they changed into a whole new shop and name??????? it might just be my understanding of remodeling, I thought theyd just be changing some things up, like renovations, not like the whole entire shop! I might come back to try the new korean food but the immediate change and sign was a real shocker. unless I missed some news or something, this was really... yeah. and if I DID miss anything, apologies. I really did love the food and service and everything beforehand, so I'll leave 5 stars anyway. **Picture is from October 24, 2025

I go here often and while the food and cleanliness of the restaurant is great, waits take FOREVER. I'd say it's like a 6.5/10 because while the food and atmosphere is great, waits here are about 15 minutes.

I’m highly upset. I always come here and there’s been a couple of occasions where the bag is not even half full. The popcorn chicken is basically eight dollars, if they keep continuing this they should make the Price of popcorn chicken cheaper..

I have been going there since it opened , used to be really sweet people preparing the drinks , recently I had gone and they had a newer girl working there , she was very rude to us , we walked in and no greeting just asked what we wanted then proceeded to toss drinks on the counter without stating if it was ours , we were waiting as she specified drinks for others and even greeted warmly two customers that came in after us , very warmly and with smiles. I had to ask which was our drinks I pointed she nodded and we grabbed and walked out . We did nothing to deserve this treatment . My daughter was dressed up because she is into cosplay type style and had a pink wig on and it seemed to bother her...... so I thanked them and walked out and now I will never recommend this place nor will we spend our money there any longer. It's also hard not to make it a race thing when we are brown and the people who got smiles and sweetness were not .....
Drinks are good but the girl that’s working there is very rude specially when I was standing there with my autistic son and accidentally he coughed right by doughnut sample and she made us feel very embarrassed Maybe they should cover the samples if they are worried I feel like should’ve been more considerate it’s not like it was on purpose. I apologised. But she made it seem like he coughed the samples on purpose and yelled at us out loud my son is 4 years old maybe they should try covering it people are breathing right on top of it too it’s in the open air and there was a small fly on it too .
