This is my first time dine in that specific location 26 richmond Hill road after I moved recently from brooklyn, to b honest one of th best experience i had it was the whole my family, the cashier ( KIOSK ) He was so patient and so nice with my big order which about 22 items, the manager ( JANIYA ) was very very nice when I have miss understanding with two of my order got them wrong SHE fix it right away without an issue, definitely will back again soon, I recommend Wendy's richmond Hill road . The worst incompetent staff you can ever imagine all kids listening to music on full blast at 10:00 PM messing up orders left and right there is no responsibility. There’s just no accountability. This place is terrible. Food is terrible. i’d recommend going to a different location, but the owner of this Location owns like nine on the island so they’re probably all with the same incompetent staff

I had 3 mobile orders made to be picked up at the drive through. The lady at the window said I have to come in for more than 2. I went into the store waited for 20min and they keep taking the next customer and every time I try to explain to them that my order is not up on this side because it’s for drive through pickup and they just keep my saying I have to wait. And after they realize that they haven’t started making my order yet. They just made it and it total I was there for 40m. They never apologized and gave me my order incomplete and messed up. This is absolutely the worst Wendy’s location and I won’t be going there anymore.

I went there and order 5 meals !!! End up missing 2 sandwiches and one fry… the point in going in drive through is cause we are in busy mode … like I’m trying to go home fast, yeah my fault to cause I didn’t check …. Lesson learn !!! But definitely won’t go back there !!! Sorry I love Wendy’s but not this one !

Like the food, service, and layout of the restaurant. The floor isn’t as clean as it should be. The floor is slick and feels greasy.
Got an Oreo Frosty Fusion vanilla and it was so good it made me wonder who was responsible.
On another note, crew was polite and hospitable. Greeted immediately and order prepared promptly.

❗️Wendy’s at Forest location is WAY better ❌.This location always has issues ; missing items from uber eats order every time. They don’t provide utensils even when the instructions say to do so. No condiments. Majority of the combo missing except for the drink.

I went through your drive-through recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The person taking my order was unresponsive and came across as quite rude. There was no greeting or acknowledgment, and the same lack of courtesy continued at the pickup window.
I understand that everyone can have a tough day, but customer service is an important part of the experience. I hope this can be addressed with the staff so that future visits are more welcoming.

employees are super nice and the service speed is very fast. usually isnt very full which is also very nice and the place is pretty clean except for the soda area (obviously because theres ice) but aside from that its all good
