I went there and order 5 meals !!! End up missing 2 sandwiches and one fry… the point in going in drive through is cause we are in busy mode … like I’m trying to go home fast, yeah my fault to cause I didn’t check …. Lesson learn !!! But definitely won’t go back there !!! Sorry I love Wendy’s but not this one !

Got an Oreo Frosty Fusion vanilla and it was so good it made me wonder who was responsible.
On another note, crew was polite and hospitable. Greeted immediately and order prepared promptly.

❗️Wendy’s at Forest location is WAY better ❌.This location always has issues ; missing items from uber eats order every time. They don’t provide utensils even when the instructions say to do so. No condiments. Majority of the combo missing except for the drink.

I went through your drive-through recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The person taking my order was unresponsive and came across as quite rude. There was no greeting or acknowledgment, and the same lack of courtesy continued at the pickup window.
I understand that everyone can have a tough day, but customer service is an important part of the experience. I hope this can be addressed with the staff so that future visits are more welcoming.

employees are super nice and the service speed is very fast. usually isnt very full which is also very nice and the place is pretty clean except for the soda area (obviously because theres ice) but aside from that its all good

If I could give them 0 stars I would, very nasty, missing items had to go back and still were missing items as I was being rushed off the drive through line whoever is working the drive through shift from 10pm-11ish pm needs to be fired will not be back!

Hostile unprofessional rude nasty staff…When I asked to speak to the Manager… I was told…”No speak English!” And then ….move your car out of parking lot or we’ll Call the Police… when I asked her name she responded nastily…”I don’t have to give you my name” also I was told …. there is NO Manager! This is a true story unfortunately….I called the Corporate office to lodge a formal complaint …
