Ordered pick up, door was locked and didnt get food, had to leave

Their drive-through policy limits you to pick up only 2 mobile orders. I didn’t know this before hand and was unlucky as I had 3 mobile orders to pick up. Although inconvenient, I was fortunate that they allowed me to go inside the restaurant to pick up my last order. When I went inside and informed the staff at the register, I heard him re-confirm this with the other staff who managed drive-through orders. After that I was under a lot of confusion because no one got back to me about my order. The other customers in the restaurant were getting their orders fulfilled so I was starting to feel that maybe the staff had forgotten about my order. I didn’t check how long I waited but eventually I heard the staff informing that the packed order was mine. The whole drive-through policy doesn’t make sense to me but I do appreciate the staff for preparing all the orders fresh as they are placed.

Obscenely long wait time considering there was only 2 customers and 4 people behind the desk all involved in a story. A few others were working, taking drive through orders and the like. The girl at the register could not seem less interested in taking any orders, instead offering a "Just one moment" for about 10 minutes.

It could be improved a lot, knowing the Wendy's chain this place is not worthy of bearing the name. Must negative: two drink dispensers, one broken and one completely without ice. Unclean environment. The guy who served me was kind but he got the order wrong. I won't go back

Got order from drive through. Fries was entangled with long black hair, and nuggets had some white pice of cloth inside. It’s disgusting, don’t think I’ll eat fast food again.

It was Halloween they were not prepare for it. Made order online got text ready for pickup was told had to go through drive-thru very long line when got to the window we were told to go inside manager was called he took care of the order we waited on the parking lot now told us they were not ready for Halloween short unemployees.

The workers steal your credit card info and spent 102 dollars in the city at fast food place be extremely aware just happened to me and now I have to get thru the hassle off disputing the charge they hire thieves….
I usually don't leave reviews for fast food spots but I had the most amazing experience here a few days ago. The staff were super friendly and kind, even though we popped in late at night. The manager recommended a saucy nuggets pairing to us that blew my mind and now I'm obsessed with it. 10/10 for service and ambiance. I felt like I was at a 5-star restaurant.

Something if not many things are missing from every order. Do not drive away without sitting there and checking your bags right on front of them. You pull away - you're beat - they'll call you a liar if you loop around to try and get what's missing.
