Ordered pick up, door was locked and didnt get food, had to leave
Their drive-through policy limits you to pick up only 2 mobile orders. I didn’t know this before hand and was unlucky as I had 3 mobile orders to pick up. Although inconvenient, I was fortunate that they allowed me to go inside the restaurant to pick up my last order. When I went inside and informed the staff at the register, I heard him re-confirm this with the other staff who managed drive-through orders. After that I was under a lot of confusion because no one got back to me about my order. The other customers in the restaurant were getting their orders fulfilled so I was starting to feel that maybe the staff had forgotten about my order. I didn’t check how long I waited but eventually I heard the staff informing that the packed order was mine. The whole drive-through policy doesn’t make sense to me but I do appreciate the staff for preparing all the orders fresh as they are placed.

I ordered online and many drivers canceled multiple times and then my order was canceled. Shame on you Wendys
True, it's not very clean, and sometimes the staff is rude.

Obscenely long wait time considering there was only 2 customers and 4 people behind the desk all involved in a story. A few others were working, taking drive through orders and the like. The girl at the register could not seem less interested in taking any orders, instead offering a "Just one moment" for about 10 minutes.
