I arrived here at 6:40. The cafe was closed. I wanted to have breakfast inside and use the restroom. The employee walked around inside the cafe, but didn't open the door.

In my opinion, Wendy’s has the best fast food burger. You can’t beat fresh ground beef. The fries are about as good as McDonald’s.
Vegetarian options: I mean, they have salads. I don’t know what that means to a vegetarian as I’m not one.
Parking: I live on Staten Island in New York. Which is suburban. So there’s usually plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Just by the nature of what they serve it’s kid friendly. What do kids love to eat. Burgers and fries and soda. Kid heaven lol
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s entirely wheelchair accessible. Including the bathrooms.

I am diabetic and I asked for a Coke Zero they gave me a regular and I asked them to change it and they took it back and gave me the same one.
It was 11:45 PM and I ordered some food for the kids. I out in mobile order and was on the line, due to another person taking forever I came ahead of one car (cause I had my order done and paid) and the guy 2nd window woman was such a nasty person (I am about to call her a name but then there is no difference between her and me). She told me something as if I had broken the law and told me to go back into the line, I respected her and went back to the line and after waiting 4 additional minutes she told me she do not have “spicy chicken sandwiches” and told me to pull ahead and wait another 6 mins. I have a feeling the person at the delivery window is on drugs. Someone at Wendy’s Management look into her biodata and make sure she is not a cuckoo 🤪. I have been coming to this place for over 20 years. Today I am going to rate service as poor 1 star that makes the atmosphere bad at 2 star, food is 3 star.
