This wendy’s suck. Let me start this way. on Friday evening around 5 PM. The credit card machine stopped working so I had to go to the bank to get cash came back the worker had the biggest attitude and didn’t wanna give me any sauce with my food as if the food doesn’t come with any barbecue sauce, ketchup like I was begging them and I paid cash for my food. I accommodated them and they play me. Never again and the drive-through line is ridiculous long

They put bacon in my food and I'm Muslim, One time I was given bacon on Ramadan, 3 DIFFERENT TIMES I TOLD THEM I COULDNT EAT BACON!!! Needs more workers, the wait for your food is like no other.

Great location for these reasons: fast, efficient service. My order is accurate 98% of the time. As a life long fan of Wendy's, I personally love their salads and baked potatoes. You can't find those at either of the Top 3 fast food joints in the country.
Sometimes the tables aren't clean, but everything else here is great.
They must have a new night crew because the service is horrible.
First off my fries were cold and the nuggets were too I can tell by the texture when I bit one that it wasnt fresh they had been sitting for a while.
The simpliest item like a napkin wasnt in the bag and the strawberry lemonade was diluted with water I asked them to change it three times (Heavyset Spanish Teen Male) He thought he was slick by acting like he changed it twice but I caught it bought times then I asked for the Tangerine version after once he passed it to me I tasted it immediately he finnally got it right . I recommend that they all be retrained or just hire a new crew.

5 stars any time except 3pm. Big bouncer fry cook at the front door kicking out teenagers even if they made mobile orders prior to arrival. Girl this isn’t studio 54. She tried that goofiness with me because I had a backpack (showed up in a modern car with a full beard). She kept insisting there were no teenagers allowed despite no official signs. I offered to chaperone three young men she has standing out in the rain. They clearly intended to order food while waiting for their bus home. Just three, not thirty or three hundred. She kept threatening me that if they became unruly the police would apprehend me. I remained respectful, ate my food in the dirty dining room then left. Blocking fire exits in a felony. If you cared so much, you’d pay private security on enlist the NYPD just up the street. You won’t do the latter because they know this is a non issue. I’ll just take my money elsewhere, fam. Enjoy your Triangle Shirt burger joint

Disappointed. Went for a late night snack for their famous chili and when i got home was only like thee teaspoons of chili in it the rest was broth in a large size. It was a waste of money . Never again.
