The food was disgusting I’ve given this Wendy’s 3 opportunity’s to redeem and failed. The first order I placed the food was dried out and old. Now I worked in Wendy’s and I know there’s an hr hold time on almost every product they have. So for me to recieved old food is diabolical. My second order they got the sandwiches wrong when I don’t understand how if the sandwhiches come out in the display screen condiment for condiment. My third order once again old dry food and barely put any cheese sauce on my fries and not even shredded cheese!!! It’s not hard.

The management and staff were unprofessional and disgusting dealing with an individual passed out. After failing to wake him up, one of the staff threw a cup of cold water at him, while the rest of staff and manager on duty watched and cheered on. I find this behavior beyond comprehension because is this how Wendy’s handles situations like this? I’ll gladly take my business across the street going forward.

When I arrived at the establishment, the doors were locked….at 3:45 PM!!! There were two kids waiting outside, I think they ordered food on mobile app, but weren’t allowed in, apparently they have had behavioral issues with afterschool crowds. An employee came to unlock the door and motioned for us to come in, I told him I didn’t think how they were managing their store was ethical and decided to leave and go to McDonalds next door. There has to be a better solution to this issue, management needs to be more creative in their problem solving.
This is a nice restaurant to go with yourself, and your families and friends enjoying the food and drinks,

I have been getting a salad with a large burger patty added on for over 6 years at various different Wendy's. Including this particular Wendy's. It normally would cost me between a $1.25 and a $1.50 for just the patty. Now today the manager wants to charge me $7 for a burger so she can put that same Patty on the side with nothing else. I explained that there is a button for the Patty that would make it a side order. She still insisted that they are not going to press that button anymore and proceeded to try to charge me $7. Not even to suggest that I could get a double stack or one with bacon for much less and I could add that to my salad. This will be the last time I attend this Wendy's. Every other location has served me well.
I visited this place during the rush around 6pm last night. Not only was the service fast, the food was FRESH. Great quality, friendly staff and everyone appeared to be working together in unison. Best location on the island!
