7 people here and no one is helping you in the register specifically a guy that he looked at us and keep ignoring us don't come to this Wendy's the worst service on staten island

I’ve never had such unprofessional service at a Wendy’s in my life. The customer service here was honestly alarming. From the moment we pulled into the drive-thru, it felt like they didn’t even want us there. We were nothing but polite, but the staff’s dismissive attitude and visibly upset demeanor made the entire experience uncomfortable.
It got to the point where we were genuinely concerned about how our food would be handled that’s how hostile and uninterested they came across. No customer should ever have to feel that uneasy when simply ordering a meal. This location needs serious retraining and oversight. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here until things change.

I just left tonight with a spicy hot chicken sandwich that I didn't order. If these kids working there think this is a joke they need to be fired. Do they know if I have diet restrictions that do not allow me to eat spicy foods? This was 11/3/25 between 9:30 & 9:55 pm.

Whoever is working the drive thru right now today October 30,2025 is very rude. I asked to upgrade my meal because the girl who took my order never asked me if I wanted just the sandwich or the meal & when we drove to the window to pay the guy got mad! Said he couldn’t do it. Then lied & said he put a fry in my bag just so I could drive off & he didn’t have to upgrade my meal which would’ve took a minute ! & thanks GUY THOSE FRIES I WANTED WITH MY MEAL WAS FOR MY AUTISTIC SON & now he has to wait for me to go get him some more!

They have 8 people working in the kitchen with 4 customers in the store and are making people wait in the driveway orders and if you go it they take 10 mins just for a simple sandwich 🥪 order. Hope things change in this country it used to be the best of service at americas fastffoods. Please hire better people so we can have better service. I asked and the people working are very rude they have 8 people and at they told me they have other order and I have to wait. It’s 20 mins now. And I am still waiting for sausage bisket, all you have to do is put a sausage on a bisket. The staff is still rude waiting for 4 sausage over bisket, I gave up and left. They don’t even care to give good customer service. Wendys can have the money. 20+ mins for a sausage and bisket is unheard of. They can take my money $$ and the sandwiches 🥪 better not go to Wendy’s, they’ll make you wait and talk rudely their customers.
I had one bad experience with my french fries being cold so from now on I make sure I ask them to give me my food nice and warm. I don’t care if I have to wait so now I get my food warm, but you gotta make sure you ask them.

They have been consistently taking way to allow you to place your order. I have been waiting 10 to 15 minutes just to place it. They were not like that before but now their service quality has dropped.

Last week, they claimed their system down, only cash. This week, they are unable to take orders in person, only online orders. Made me late for work. I think they are figuring out ways to discourage customers and its working. I will not return to this Wendy's again.

I recently visited the Wendy’s at 330 Bay St, Staten Island, NY 10301 on August 10, 2025 and spent approximately $50 on my order. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
While preparing my food, I observed employees repeatedly opening and closing my burgers to check orders, which is unsanitary and unprofessional. Due to this, I requested a refund. However, I was told I could not receive my refund because I needed to present the physical credit card used for the purchase. Not only was I dealing with this I was also dealing with the extremely unprofessional conduct from a blue-haired female employee While processing my order, she repeatedly charged my card for the full food total multiple times and then denied doing so — even though it was clearly happening. This is unacceptable and feels dishonest.
In addition, her appearance and hygiene were concerning. Her hair was left completely down behind her, hanging over the food prep area, which is unsanitary and against basic food safety guidelines. This lack of professionalism made the entire dining experience uncomfortable and unsafe. Instead, the store offered to remake my food.
When the food was remade, not only was it incomplete, but it still did not match my original order. After spending $50, I left dissatisfied, without my full order, and without a refund. The restaurant is dirty, chaotic, and disorganized, with unbearably long lines. The staff are lazy, unprofessional, and clearly untrained, showing little regard for customers or basic hygiene. It felt as though employees were not properly trained or motivated, which led to slow service and a chaotic environment. It’s shocking to see such a decline in service quality, and it’s hard to believe that management is paying any attention at all. I hope management takes immediate steps to improve cleanliness, organization, and staff professionalism. Something needs to change before this location completely loses any credibility.
