Blue haired manager is very rude, talks to customers like they’re unintelligent. Restaurant itself is very dirty from top to bottom, tables are sticky and covered in crumbs from previous customers. Bathroom is never open and when it is it isn’t clean. It really worries me that the cleanliness of their food is similar to the dining area. AC is either not working or it’s off, creating a very uncomfortable ordering experience. Do not dine here.

Place gets robbed often. Be warned there is a silent alarm and its not suggested to dine-in. Too many youth gangs and disorderly, disregard location rethink where you have dinner or late night food.

Services are horrible, the workers aren’t properly trained it seems. Give me my combo without my burger then never answers the phone. Got a voucher for a free meal and the “general manager in one of staten island’s stores (Bay street) claims he doesn’t accept it. All I can say is racism is very prevalent around certain places. I don’t think if I looked different he would have denied me. He says there are too much scamming out there so he doesn’t accept it. I asked him to call the helpline and confirm using my ID. Its just a meal dude! But like I said when you have a certain tone you get treated in very inhumane Ways. So basically, they can take your money mess up your order and there’s no compensated.

Top tip: If you MUST come to this Wendy's, order or pickup ONLY at the drive-thru.

The soda fountains are never fully operational. It's one of the Coke machines that lets you choose what you want, except here everything is out and you're left with caffeine free diet coke. This is partially because the neighborhood kids break the machine every day treating it like an arcade machine.

Service is very slow at the counter. Seems like an efficiency issue. I've been here several times and I've seen enough. The food is fine- just don't order inside.

This Wendy’s always has an issue with making pick up drive through orders. I can’t understand what they are saying when they speak. On top of it something is always not working and no one can do anything about it.
