It's cool but that fensta guy gets upset when you ask for your cheese cup to be filled knowing you pay a little over a dollar for the cheese sauce. I don't like going there when he's working everybody else is cool

I can't really blame the staff on this one. It's the app! Why does it have it open 24 hrs online but when you go pick it up the joint is closed at 8am? I had a taste for breakfast so I ordered. When I check Google it has it closed but opens at 11am. What? Really? The bad reviews about service and not open 24hrs as listed... death of a fast food location. It happens quite often on Staten Island. DQ was up the block poor service shut it down.Also the McD's half a mile away is open 24-7 for real.

Employees are rude. Terrible attitude towards customers.
Placed an order tonight, the guy was super rude just because they were under staffed. I ordered the #10 that’s the 20 sliders with 4 small fries. Come to find out when I got home that I had the wrong order. I even confirmed with him before taking the order I asked is that the #10 the 20 sliders and he said yea I did not think much to count it until I got home I spent $30 just to get the wrong order and intimidated upon ordering ????

White Castle is definitely what you crave for after hours lol.... However, it tasted as if I ordered an onion sandwich. I literally took off half of a diced up onion. Ridiculous. Never had this ever happened. When it's kids working at these establishments; I'm sure working under the influence of weed or whatever else their doing, the majority of the time playing around with people orders, getting it all messed up, adding extra things that doesn't belong or none at all. For this reason, is why I should've been asleep and saved $25. ?? Annoyed! One star is to much, but it's required. Doubt if I'll revisit and if so, I'll just have to remember to say no pickles and now no onions.
