genuinely do not go here. go to 2626 hyland blv everytime i go here its something either food is missing or it tastes horrible i just got wingstop from here by accident i never order from this wingstop because i already know theyre gonna play but today i did and the food is so salty i genuinely cant believe they sent this out and i love salt. this is inedible it tastes like they put all the salt from every grocery store in my chicken like r yall deadass serious im genuinely so mad i had to come write this because i hate this wingstop sm they never fail to ruin my day throw the whole store away

Destiny and Diana are GREAT! perfect examples of proper customer etiquette. Give those girls a raise or manager positions. The night staff management is horrible. No one speaks English and they have attitudes because they don't understand customer complaints or simple questions. The same management will be on their phones in the back instead of taking care of orders while the cashiers run back and forth.

We've been getting wings from this place for several years now. The only thing that keeps us coming back is the wings. Aside from that, the customer service is complete crap. Slow moving slugs, smug faces...etc Was there last week to pick up an order, noticed none of the kitchen staff wore gloves. The wings were smaller in size, almost pigeon-sized wings. Probably won't order again.

I came into this location 11:35-11:40 the door is open it’s says til 12 it dose not say when to place the last order by I don’t understand why they can’t take my order just fry’s n wings it’s only 2 people in the restaurant it’s like they pic and choose wat time they stop taking orders im very upset so you guys close at 11:30 then look at the time they stop taking orders I was a walk in I should’ve been taking care of instead they worrying about going home and cleaning witch should be do my even the doors close to avoid problems like this I’m not looking for free food the time before this I ask to speak to a supervisor all of a sudden they didn’t understand English I ask for a number to make a complaint they the girl said she can’t do that I don’t remember name but I took a pic every time I came here so I can point the people out just In case they said I’m lieing I came yesterday late also it was fine no issues I guess cause I only ordered fry’s witch was a lot of so I got my food in 3 min out out the last 4x I came here 1x was good the other 3 was bad experience as if they were tired and wanna go home it dose says open to midnight right I worked fast food many stores I was always told take orders til the very last min then close the doors why is it open if you gonna tell me no sorry to complain
