I have been waiting for 4 days for a callback for a resolution. I ordered from the website , spent my last $40 to feed my pregnant wife and disabled child … food NEVER showed up and been waiting for a manager to call my back to resolve this. Phone call nor food ever showed up!

The worker Anthony is very nice and very helpful in assisting me picking out what sauces and food I would like.

Oh my. Terrible stomach ache after a terrible meal. The wings were broken, almost chipped my teeth on a few fractured pieces. After eating one wing, stop and think before eating another. Nasty food.

I ordered 8pc bbq wings combo online on feb 9, 2025(Superbowl Sunday) , and it was a nightmare. The store was packed of people waiting for large orders. My order wasn't prepared after 2 hours wait time,
so I decided to cancel. The staff was overwhelmed of the amount of orders and people.

This small store needs more organization in controlling crowds on Superbowl Sundays other days they have a few customers. If you're waiting for your order bought in store give the customer a buzzer to wait outside until is ready, have a couple of people in expo station giving the ready orders online(mostly Uber eat or grubhub delivery) and in store customers.

The cashier should handle new orders and money only, especially in large crowds.
The lines should have dividers to organize the people waiting for food and the cashier lines because everyone were in the middle waiting for food bought online not allowing new people to buy food with the cashier or asking for their orders which is unsafe for flu or viruses spread. Horrible customer experience.

Owners left the workers hanging on Super Bowl Sunday. Placed a 6pm pick up earlier in the day. When I got there at 555 they had just started calling names for 445 order. I went back at 630 and I could not even get into the store. Finally after about 40 minutes I was able to call and get through and asked them to cancel my order. Now waiting because credit card was already charged. Large order too and corporate was a waste of time as you get the whole “independently owned” nonsense. Owners left these kids to fail, the owners failed

Placed an order at 9:30am the Saturday before the Super Bowl to be picked up at 430pm Super Bowl Sunday. Order wasn’t ready, and wouldn’t be ready for another hour. Not sure what the point of pre ordering was. Cancelled and left.
