Horrendous customer service.. until you pull out your badge.
I was waiting for the man in front of me to finish paying for his meal. As i wait, the server is just staring at me as if saying, "What are you waiting for?" When I ask him if the man in front of me was finished paying, he responds."WHAT!?" with an attitude and a disgusted look on his face. That's when I pulled out my badge...
If you're not in uniform or dressed in slacks, they treat you like a bum. Then, when they see the badge and they know they messed up, their faces are stuck in the "I'm too macho to act right" position. Will not be ordering from people who treat others like trash unless they know you work for Northwell. 0 stars all around. Thanks! 😅👋🏼🤷♂️
