While the yogurt is good, I am not sure if the customer service rep was the owner or not, but was completely rude to my teen daughter -in addition make sure that he does not weigh your yogurt by pushing down on the scale and pushing a spoon in to add weight to the process!

When you sell frozen yogurt for a living, you might expect to have teenagers in your store. When you're nasty to them for spending the little bit of money they have at your store, you don't deserve to be in business. I will spend every waking minute I have spreading the word about your garbage establishment until you issue an apology here for me to show to my daughter.

The cashier demonstrates a consistently negative demeanor. He fails to provide adequate customer service, frequently appearing distracted by his phone and exhibiting a surly attitude. The store's appearance is neglected, and there is noticeable damage to the floor tiles as you hear them cracking walking to the back. If it wasn’t for my kids loving froyo I would never go back.

I’ve been coming here since I’m a kid every time I would go to the movies, it was always my favorite. I went in with my boyfriend today and he put a little too much frozen yogurt in his cup so he scooped a little out into the tray to make room for toppings. The worker came out from behind the stand and told him he wasn’t allowed to do that to which he apologized and tried to explain. When we went to pay the worker then told us we were “not getting anything” and to “get out”. I was truly baffled because we were never disrespectful and as I said have been coming here for years. By this reaction you would’ve thought we threw yogurt all over this place, which we did not. Unfortunately will never return because what type of service is this. I’ve actually never written a review in my life but this experience was so bothersome that I had to. Truly disheartening and off putting experience, would not recommend.
One of my absolute favorite places to get frozen yogurt so many options for yogurt flavors and you can mix and match. So many toppings!! And the way the person charges you at this place is you have to weigh your yogurt after putting the toppings and yogurt into your cup, the price is usually anywhere from $10-$20 for example on my yogurt I usually put a couple pieces of fruits, caramel drizzle and toppings like cookie dough bites or popping boba and it comes out to $12. Usually only one person works here and he is nice, positive that he’s the owner.

I’ve been coming to this spot for years! Sadly it has gotten less and less clean over the years. Me and my son both found hair in our cups, assuming it’s coming from the toppings. Will try and find a new yogurt spot on the Island. I spent about $26 I should not find hair in my food.
