Absolutely unacceptable experience. The employee on duty was openly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Customer service was nonexistent and borderline hostile. The yogurt itself was extremely poor quality bland, watered down, and tasted far from fresh.
What’s most concerning is that the employee deliberately placed a spoon inside the cup before weighing it, artificially increasing the weight and overcharging the customer. This is deceptive and unethical, and it raises serious questions about the integrity of this business.
Between the rude behavior, substandard product, and dishonest weighing practices, Yogurt City does not meet even the most basic standards of professionalism. I strongly advise potential customers to take their business elsewhere.

Despite all the negative reviews, I was craving frozen yogurt and I was pleasantly surprised how good this place was. The yogurt was delicious, toppings were good with fresh fruit available. I wouldn't say the owner was rude or welcoming but he was not a bother. The variety of flavors were good. I would go back.

While the yogurt is good, I am not sure if the customer service rep was the owner or not, but was completely rude to my teen daughter -in addition make sure that he does not weigh your yogurt by pushing down on the scale and pushing a spoon in to add weight to the process!

When you sell frozen yogurt for a living, you might expect to have teenagers in your store. When you're nasty to them for spending the little bit of money they have at your store, you don't deserve to be in business. I will spend every waking minute I have spreading the word about your garbage establishment until you issue an apology here for me to show to my daughter.

The store's appearance is neglected, and there is noticeable damage to the floor tiles as you hear them cracking walking to the back. If it wasn’t for my kids loving froyo I would never go back.

I’ve been coming here since I’m a kid every time I would go to the movies, it was always my favorite. I went in with my boyfriend today and he put a little too much frozen yogurt in his cup so he scooped a little out into the tray to make room for toppings. The worker came out from behind the stand and told him he wasn’t allowed to do that to which he apologized and tried to explain. When we went to pay the worker then told us we were “not getting anything” and to “get out”. I was truly baffled because we were never disrespectful and as I said have been coming here for years. By this reaction you would’ve thought we threw yogurt all over this place, which we did not. Unfortunately will never return because what type of service is this. I’ve actually never written a review in my life but this experience was so bothersome that I had to. Truly disheartening and off putting experience, would not recommend.
