Norte Azul Cantina Reviews
I ordered fajitas that normally come out sizzling hot at everywhere Ive ever had them, and these came out on a cold tin tray. The meat was barely hot. Pretty disappointed. Margaritas were ok.
Fantastic fresh food, and delicious drinks in a fun setting!
stopped for dinner here while staying near Jiminy Peak.
chose this bc we like Mexican and they have corn tortillas for fajitas and tacos which helps bc we have gluten sensitivities in our family.
we ordered the nachos (with no meat) for an app and they were so delicious. not too overloaded with gross cheese etc. perfect amount of beans, cheese and sour cream.
for dinner, between the four of us we had.... steak/chicken fajitas, shrimp/chicken fajitas, jerk chicken...read full review

Norte Azul Cantina offers an authentic Mexican dining experience with well-prepared dishes and generous portions. The restaurant has a lively and vibrant atmosphere, with friendly staff and live music. Popular menu items include chicken fingers, fries, black bean soup, and the crispy Birria quesadilla. Tacos are highly recommended, and the pulled pork & Mac 'n cheese are delicious, with the Churros being a must-try for their sweetness.
The outdoor seating provides a nice spot to enjoy the ambiance and watch live bands, with both outdoor and indoor seating options available. The steak fajitas and shrimp bowl have received high praise, and the Cadillac Margaritas are a signature highlight – ordering a pitcher is suggested. The restaurant's wood paneling and wood-fired stove add to its charming atmosphere, making it a must-visit spot in Stephentown.
The restaurant is a hidden gem with incredible food, great drinks, and a super welcoming, home-bar atmosphere. It's a large Mexican restaurant located upstate New York, on NY 22 near Stephentown, NY, and is a good stopover for lunch or dinner. Guests are advised to follow the arrows after the big "TACOS" sign, and even if it looks empty in the off-season, if the door's open, they should yell "Hi!" and walk in to discover one of the coziest, friendliest places around.
