Colloca Estate Winery is a lovely wedding venue with beautiful chandeliers and a nice water view. The Tasting Room offers a warm ambience, where guests can learn about and taste both red and white wines, including a very good Shiraz from a shared endeavor with an Australian winery. The staff are generally friendly and attentive, with some, like Marilyn, providing exceptional service during tastings. The food is described as pretty good, with delicious appetizers and a coffee bar, although there is a small kitchen for food off the tasting room that was not tried during some visits. The venue is well-organized for events, as shown by a well-coordinated eclipse viewing and a New Year's celebration that was deemed reasonable in price. The overall experience remains positive, with pleasant music and a fun DJ for dancing. While the cash bar was considered a bit high-priced, guests appreciate the beautiful and quaint setting, including a little pond with Adirondack chairs. The winery is also dog-friendly, making it a great spot for those who want to bring their pets.
