I'm not sure wich was worse, the incompetent staff, or the worst tasteless and hardest/stale bagels I've EVER eaten in my life. Being born & raised in NYC I'd ike to think I know a thing or two about bagels. I guess if you're NOT from NYC, you'd think this place is good... news flash - it's NOT! The owner had a chip on her shoulder a year ago about wearing masks... I tried to give this place a second chance this year. Well, at least they're consistent!

Stopped in extremely hungry on the way to a vacation spot and was pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and stress-free service. I had a delicious sandwich here and what I think was a huge, homemade chocolate chip cookie. We decided to eat in the car and loved the gardening and colorful paint on the building. This is a pleasant place to grab a quick, delicious meal, no frills.

Pretty darn good with fresh bagels and whitefish salad (among others). Not fancy. Not pricey. Just friendly and delicious.

The girl who was preparing our order was very rude. Rolled her eyes several times and made it clear she was not pleased to be serving us. Apparently, she was annoyed because they were about to close early, even though they took our order and the early closing was not posted anywhere. The owner seemed genuinely apologetic.

When working at SUNY Ulster, I would stop in here from time to time for lunch. I loved their bagels with hummus, local yogurt, and delicious desserts. This was a nice, cozy spot to 'chillax' at after teaching my class.
