Came here at 7:55pm with my family to get some ice cream and the employee had all the doors locked with his headphones in while cleaning the store... wish they would update their hours so we wouldn't have made the trip ;(

Horrible experience, the ice cream I ordered was freezer burnt and the cone was very stale. They had no options when it came to toppings to put on the ice cream. Not to mention the customer service experience was horrible. The employee who helped me wasn’t wearing any gloves as she touched my food. Definitely would recommend staying far away from this place. I don’t know how the board of health has not shut them down yet .

Rudest older man behind the counter .Complained that my kids asked to try ONE flavor ,Did not wear gloves however used his finger to picked up sprinkles that fell on the counter to put back into our ice cream cup ?. Go someplace else . The one in centereach much nicer

Even though it was a chilly day, we stopped here for traditional ice cream so i could enjoy a flavor that I remembered from my youth. Good experience

Went to get ice-cream tonight and was shocked to hear the young woman behind the counter to refuse to wear here mask while she was to take our order. When I walked out without ordering a family with young kids said she told them no too, to their request for her to wear mask, so they walked out too. Shame
Great ice cream, courteous servers but not as many flavor choices as I remember you would find at a stand alone Baskin Robbins

The gentleman working the counter was very rude. My girlfriend asked for the new Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream and the guy started scooping the regular one. We said that she had asked for the vegan but I was going to order the regular one, he didn't listen. He dumped it all back into the container and proceeded to use the same cup (now containing dairy) for the vegan ice cream.
