Server and manager was very nice but probably wouldn’t go back. Started off ordering an app that we were told they ran out of. They were nice and took the app off the bill and let us substitute something else for free. Overall, found the bill to be very expensive for 2 burgers and 1 drink (my wife ordered a water with her meal and the bill was still $90)

Burgers were excellent. Service was good for latter half of visit. But initially single server overwhelmed with entire dining room and no help from bartender or manager. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were filthy. Will give it another shot in case it was just a rough night.

We make our way here at least one a week. Julia is absolutely amazing. She's our bartender or waitress anytime we're here. Julia goes above and beyond remembering our usual order as well as offering suggestions for new drinks or food, which is always appreciated. Management and the rest of the staff are all so friendly and they make it an enjoyable experience. We have the best time here at Burgerology.

Always a solid meal with great and fun drinks. Julia has been our bartender and server and is exceptional at both. Attentive, quick and super friendly. She’s legit awesome. Managers have been fantastic as well. Really enjoy this location and have made it a regular spot because of Julia, the rest of the crew and the food and drinks. A+

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming—Kylie, the manager, has truly created a gem of a place! Our server, Jamie, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Julie, the bartender, crafted some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had—each drink was a perfect blend of flavors. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, complementing the drinks perfectly. It’s clear that Kylie leads an amazing team, and their passion shines through in every aspect of the dining experience. We can’t wait to come back!

The food was exceptionally delicious, with each dish cooked to perfection. The presentation was equally impressive, making the meal visually appealing. The service was outstanding; our waitress was not only attentive but also incredibly accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. She took the time to recommend some of the restaurant's signature dishes and carefully checked in on us throughout the evening. I can't wait to return and relive that amazing dining experience again.

We ordered a table for seven (online) and 20 minutes after we ordered on our way there we got a phone call that there was a mistake and there is no place for us. Really bad customer service.

We order from Burgerology often via Doordash! It is my daughters birthday and the Doordasher didnt bring the milkshake we ordered for her birthday treat! I called the store to let them know and they HAND DELIVERED a freshly made delicious milkshake for my daughter AND brought her a special lollipop! I am super impressed and grateful!! Thank you, Burgerology, not only for the delicious food but the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The food was amazing and very filling. Jordan was our server and he was absolutely goated. He suggested the milkshakes and they were banging. Jordan was very attentive and grabbed us whatever we needed. I would recommend getting Jordan as your server, you will have a fantastic night.

Super loud and super slow. We sat for over an hour waiting on our food. Asked for napkins and utensils 3 times before finally getting them. Drink refills were also needlessly hard to get and took too long to get to the table. Server was apologetic and clearly hustling. I'm assuming it was a staffing problem as the bartender was non existent and the kitchen could not keep. Food runners and busser also seemed to be in short supply. Maybe it's a profit over customer experince issue or just a perfect storm of poor conditions but this was a horrible experience. This was not our first visit but we will not be returning for a good while to see of they fix their issues or close this location.
