The staff was not friendly.The donuts were not fresh and the gentleman that actually helped me just did a service.He was not kind or pleasant. The lady that was there with him was the same. I don't think I'll be going to that particular location again.

We stopped in for ice cream in the early evening a few months back. The ice cream was ok but a limited selection of scoop flavors compared to some other locations. My child was interested in the character/animal kids sundaes that they had signs for. They didn't have the supplies to make it so we ordered something else that my child ended up liking.
We were a little uncomfortable while we were in the store once we noticed that it appeared that there was someone loitering in the front, left hand corner at one of the seats against the front window counter. Wouldn't return based on the perceived loiterer.

This establishment clearly doesn’t care about the wellbeing of customers considering the obnoxiously rude man who answered the phone. When asked a simple question, the man quickly replied with, “No.” and proceeded to hang up. The man was breathing heavily and sounded intoxicated while working which leads me to believe that proper etiquette and sobriety standards while working aren’t behind upheld.

I have ordered doordash from this Dunkin Donuts many times. They constantly make the order wrong. The owner or whoever the older man is there is also very rude when you go in person. If you want Dunkin go to another location. This place is the worst!

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin, walked in to nobody at the counter to then be followed by the manager calling the worker over (very unmotivated and rude didn’t even say a word to me) and after they took our order they completely put in no effort to even make our items correctly. At the end of it all I’m extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the service and items we received wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone honestly

Honestly, some of the slowest service I have experienced at a Dunkin. The workers seem very unmotivated. It does not help that they take your order, then take everyone else's order, then eventually get to making your food/drinks. Could not recommend this location for a quick stop.
