Not saying it’s the fault of the individuals that work there, but in general the employees are among the least motivated people you’ll find. So if you place a mobile order that is anything beyond two ingredients they’re probably going to get it wrong. It’s also just slightly depressing.

Great place to go for a quick treat. Most of the servers are very pleasant, one even gave us a few extra donuts for free one night. Lots of great ice cream and sorbet choices on the Baskin side as well, and the staff always fills the cup the right way. Generally clean place with plenty of parking around the front, back and side lots. Nice area as well just a few feet from the train station. In person, they’re very slow and some workers just seem to always get the order wrong. I’ve also been ignored on several occasions when trying to get ice cream because they will always prioritize on the go orders and any other guest wanting to order coffee.

The person taking my order was difficult to understand and more importantly he did not hear and process my order correctly. I addition he was making two egg and bacon sandwiches and one was to have cheese. He took the cheese out of the bin and without thinking put it on a dirty cutting board. If I had not witnessed this he would have use that cheese on my wife's breakfast sandwich.... I stopped him and he corrected it... Thank God this Dunkin does not have a drive through.

We bought two coffees. Only one was given to us. We thought maybe the dyed blonde girl named Ari who checked us out at the counter was still making our other coffee...but then three to four other coffee and tea drinks were made and served to other customers that were behind us in line. Waiting for 20 minutes I finally asked if the workers behind the counter were going to serve us our 2nd drink? She looked confused and after looking at our receipt she made the excuse that the 'machine was broken.' This seemed disingenuous since drinks were still being made as we spoke. When I asked her why were drinks being made then before our order (if it the machine is down)...the dyed blonde girl started yelling because she was caught in her own lie and confessed it was because they skipped our 2nd drink, neglected our order. The lie made us angry and when I asked why did the dyed blonde disheveled girl with the messy hair lied to us, she screamed to 'get out of my store' even though a high-school looking girl like herself can't possibly own that store at her high school age. She then angrily slid the 2nd coffee at us. She was mad at getting yelled at because she got caught in.her own tiny lie. Don't lie to the customers. We appreciate you more for being human and making a mistake. Just take accountability for your mistakes, big or small, instead of lying to customers and being unprofessional by yelling at them.

The store is always super packed with college students and I wouldn’t have a problem with that if the staff could serve people quickly. When I tell you a line of three people in front of you is close to 20 minutes of waiting. It’s embarrassing seeing the store so poorly run.

Staff is uncommonly rude today. Not sure what their deal is. Young lady seemed to not want to be working today and the gentleman didn't seem to understand anything. Unfortunate experience since that is not common for this location.

This isn't the best Dunkin. They almost always burn the mini bagel bites and when I get toast, it's so hard to bite into. They almost always forget the toppings on my latte.

The people that work here are very sweet. I order via the mobile DD app, and I have never had an issue. Out of any DD to go to, this one is my favorite :) fair prices compared to other DD locations. Appreciate them!
