For a vegetarian : Too SoonI feel like the bar has been set pretty high for vegetable ramen, both by places in NYC and Slurp in Port Jeff. I generally expect there to be a nice tare made with miso paste, crispy kare-age tofu and some leafy fresh vegetables that sit nicely on top of the noodles. This place changes that up in a lot of weird and unexpected ways, not all of which are welcome in my opinion. The soup base was more or less just soy sauce and water, it really lacked any subtlety or complexity; it's more like they just don't care about making a distinct vegetable broth. Also weird was the addition of uncooked, unflavored tofu cubes which had barely absorbed any unique taste and quickly disintegrated into the soup. The choice of vegetables was the strangest part: THICK vegetables like broccoli and zucchini that require a lot of work to break down.Overall I enjoyed the experience, but I CANNOT call this Ramen. It's closer to a Korean soup called SOON, which you can get at H-mart with seasoned tofu and gourds. It would be a decent dish to have but pricing it like normal ramen when it takes so much less effort is a little bit insulting.

Nice place to eat, we ate on a Saturday afternoon and surprisingly there was no wait. You place your order and you are given a buzzer and wait to be called

Very yummy, very clean, very friendly. Got the Tonkotsu Miso, with chicken instead of pork. And the Kara age don. All super good ?

Great prices and excellent service. Their bubble tea selection is especially impressive. I wasn’t completely blown away by the taste of the ramen and I found the Kara-age a bit soggy, but I wasn’t overall disappointed, just not wow-ed.

Stop putting bones in the Ramen. I found a bone in my pork Ramen soup. First time and last time ever trying this "ramen" shop.

the ramen isn't as good as other reviews make it out to be. I've eaten here ~ 45-50 times total, all within the last year or so (as recent as 5 times within the last two months).the two standout/consistent dishes are the curry katsu don (will fill you) and the hiyashi cold ramen (very refreshing/light). The hot ramens vary in quality from day to day and aren't worth it imo.Generally speaking, don't* bother with drinks. I've had almost all of them and they're not refreshing or satisfying, just super sweet and syrupy.
The ramen here is really good. Great prices and a lot of different totes to choose from. If you're not into ramen I highly recommend the Lurou Don, it's great! Service is very fast too!

I've lived in Philadelphia for the last 7 years and I've been to the best ramen joints in Chinatown but this spot right here in Suffolk County might just be the best bang for buck japanese restaurant I've been to in the US. Every appetizer that we ordered was so good! Every single one of them, no exceptions! Got the spicy ramen and my goodness the broth!! Tasted like heaven. Do yourself a favor go enjoy the food here!! I'll be coming to the Smith Haven mall just to eat from here for the next 3 years

Lovely pork loin chashu. Also enjoy the golden fish tofu. And for delivery, always comes hot. Just pour the broth in the noodles, and it's perfect.
