Always loved the food and service. Never had any problems with King Wah until tonight. We were delivered the wrong food item and called and they apologized and said they would deliver the proper item but that it might take a half hour 45mins. We said ok no problem whenever you can swing back around. Normally I wouldn't care but my child is very picky in what she will eat. So waiting and getting the proper item is worth it. Well our replacement never came. If you say you have good customer service and will fix the mistake then please fix the mistake.

There is plenty of good chinese food in the Stony Brook area. This place is fast and convenient but also provides very helpful and friendly service. Nice touch adding the mushroom caps to the Hot and Sour soup.

Little Chinese take out place in the strip mall where AMC theater is located. I went there for dinner between movies one day. Friendly staff and good service. Only thing I have to complain about is that the beef in beef broccoli that I ordered already turned sour (somewhat spoiled ), even the strong seasonings couldn't cover. I guess it was a hot Summer day. And the meat was not tenderized, therefore kinda tough. Luckily I have strong teeth and good immune system, I finished the dish ( I was hungry and was in a rush ) without getting sick. Next time I will go to Cabo fresh next door for sure.

I live 15mins from this place, was in the area so I figured I would try it. I ordered general Tso chicken NOT SPICY for my daughter when I got home, it was spicy... pretty spicy at that (for an adult who eats spicy food all the time). I called and was told to bring it back, I informed them that I lived a little far for that, they didn't offer to deliver a new one, or offer to reverse the charge on my card... yet informed me that the rice was not spicy and my child can eat that. Terrible customer service!

Honestly some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. Good quality white chicken, and the lady at the counter was really nice!
They will make any of their dishes the way that you prefer. Food is always fresh. Very nice people that own and run this place.
