Came in at 230 pm today 9/10 and was told I could not have a chicken salad wrap made because everything is off? All the stuff was wrapped and cleaned down. I understand you're cleaning yo close but I can't get a chicken salad wrap 30 min prior to closing? If that's the case you should close at 230 and then clean up to leave at 3. Not cool and never coming back, this on top of the incredibly high prices. No thanks

This place sucks !!!!!! First off arriving it’s was sooo hot in there … I waited 15 mins before anyone even acknowledged I was there … they kept walking past me looking at me …. Finally I ordered my food . Two egg sandwiches …. Both were wrong I reprder and wrong again I called back because I could no long wait be that I was there for OVER A GALF HOUR FOR TWO SANDWICHES WITH NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE . And she told me that they are right I asked for the wrong type of eggs . I said for over med the were not wet or the slighted bit runny they were most deff fried . Do yourself a fav and pass right by this place 20 bucks down the drain and late to your apt !

This place absolutely SUCKS! Not sure if they are under new owners or something but whoever is in charge needs to know that their staff is absolutely horrible! Ask to take your order without actually looking at you then get annoyed when you don’t answer because you have no idea who they are talking to. They even seem annoyed to do their actual job! I watch one employee roll her eyes when someone walked up with a drink and chip. Your job is to make orders and ring people up. If you don’t like it quit and find a new job. Aside from the horrible customer service the quality of food has significantly dropped and the bagels taste that cardboard. Also way too expensive! DO NOT EVEN TRY THIS PLACE!! It’s not worth your time or money

Egg onion with vegetable cream cheese and a small hot coffee, $8.41. Weak coffee, tasteless bagel and clumpy cc, just not good.

Terrible… cant get a simple breakfast sandwich order right. No bacon on a Bacon egg and cheese, make it make sense… AND my wife and I both asked for over easy eggs & both our sandwiches had hard yolks. Clearly they dont listen

HORRIBLE service. Would never go back. I was the only person in the store with 6 people behind the counter and no one would help me. They were all talking and laughing about who should come help me but no one would. I left. Stathmore bagels next door had a line out of the door and I was helped in faster time.

When I come out to visit Setauket to see my mom, I always stop by Bagel Cafe Stonybrook. Bar far the best bagels in the neighborhood. Recently, I got some baked white fish salad and baked salmon salad as a treat for my mom. Coming from Brooklyn, she said it was the best she has ever had. Don’t take that lightly! Great bagels and extremely nice staff.

Terrible…100 degrees out and the place has no AC…11am and no coffee…waited for 5 minutes in this sweltering shop and finally decided it wasn’t worth it…How does a bagel shop not have coffee??? Stay away from this place, they could care less about their customers

Was on my way somewhere and in a hurry stopped here to try. Got two everything bagels with cream cheese. As u can see its a little burnt first of all. Secondly, there are way too many poppyseeds, and theres ZERO salt. At all. Not a spec of salt. Tasted funky. Please put salt on your everything bagels!

I went to Bagel Cafe of Stony Brook for the first time yesterday and boy was I disappointed. First of all, the music was so loud and blaring that my husband and I could hardly communicate with each other. There was very little meat/cheese on the sandwiches and it took 30 minutes to receive our food after we ordered it. Not going back there again. There are much better options around.

As I speak perfect english this dude speaks to me in broken Spanish as if i don’t know English. On top of the that its $10 dollars for a ham and cheese sandwich. Ridiculous, dont waste your time or money here

This place is a low end bagel place. Owner is completely arrogant and couldn’t care less about customers. There is NOTHING special about this bagel shop. Drive a few hundred feet and there is another WELL known bagel shop, that actually has great service and a personable owner.
