Best bagel store in the area by far. They have REAL nova they filet by hand and white fish. Very clean. Very friendly staff.

Ordered “The Soprano” sandwich. It came with no lettuce, no tomato and no onions. It also didn’t have any oil / vinegar and was very dry. Not at all what it is advertised to be. Sad excuse for an Italian sandwich, won’t be coming back.

I recently decided to give this place another chance, and I had an amazing experience! I ordered a lox cream cheese bagel, it was amazing. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean. Very happy with my experience.

I ordered 6 feet of party bagel hero for my family gathering. Hero and salads were absolutely delicious. Food was ready on time when I went to pick it up. I would highly recommend and I'll be back for catering orders next time!

The item that I purchased a wrap with eggs and lox was so greasy was dripping all over the plate leaving quite the puddle on the plate and the bread was soaked with grease

I read some of the reviews and some of these seem like nonsense, the majority of 1 star reviews that is. I have ordered from here multiple times and thought the food was delicious. The owner and workers were kind and highly respectable. I ordered last week off of door dash and was missing a drink from the order. I called up and they took my name and information down. I came into the shop this morning and he remembered the issue immediately. Super nice and friendly. I recommend this place for anyone to try, 10/10 will order from here again.

I spoke to Nick on the phone at Bagel Cafe in Stonybrook and he couldn’t be more helpful
A dear friend passed away and I needed to order lunch for 50 plus people to bring to his home after the funeral(Shiva house)
The platters were beautiful and the food was perfect and plentiful
I wouldn’t hesitate to cater from Bagel Cafe again
