Actually DISGUSTING. The people at the window at night are very rude. I came in for the first time on 3/13 and I will never come back. The food was so dry and burnt. Will be calling corporate to get a refund.

So far, this is the best McDonald's I've been to in terms of service. All the staff are smiling and very friendly at every moment. The environment is very clean and well-organized.
Google lists the location as being open until 2am.. and the store is closed at 1:05am instead.. the menu boards are still lit up, the exterior lights are shut off and the drive thru windows are barred. No answer at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes. If they are short staffed and closed early.. why does it appear that there are 4 employee cars in the parking lot? Maybe the Google listing needs to be updated.

please get rid of the old woman who works here specifically at night time. i think she is even the manager but she is always nasty, giving an attitude and is never nice. i give people the benefit of the doubt but i’ve encountered her a couple of times coming here and she is always the same. i’m going to the selden/centereach location for now on cause she is not worth any more of my breath.

Ok so like the food was good but we ordered in the app some breakfast and we ordered a biscuit and on the bag it said biscuit but they gave us a McGriddle. And by time we got back to our house it was lunch time! So we couldn't take it back so like it was good but I'm not to happy about the wrong item. Everything else was good and there and right.
