Good location with easy parking. Clean store with plenty of seating. Nice atmosphere with pleasant music playing. Fried chicken sandwich was great--tastes like as if McDonald's chicken sandwich was made with all high-quality, fresh ingredients. Fries were standard, good. Chicken skewers were very nice, tender, sweet, tangy, dark meat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend as a chill spot to get a chicken sandwich and some other stuff.

I kinda stumbled upon Monster Chicken by accident as I was going elsewhere to eat. I couldn't help but notice the ad on the window for "8 takoyaki for $9", I knew I had to try it. I have had many takoyaki, this one is the one. The crust is lightly crisp and soft while the inside is buttery, soft, and ginger forward. They add a generous amount of perfectly cooked octopus into each of these making them quite meaty. The sauce drizzled over top is salty, sweet, and creamy; and the bonito flakes add some nice fishy umami. It's served over a bed of chopped iceberg lettuce which helps freshen things up in between due to the richness of the takoyaki. I also tried some of their drinks. Namely the pink istellar ~ a peach lychee drink, sweet, fruity, and refreshing as well as the brown sugar fresh milk ~ also sweet, but indulgent, and VERY creamy. Though I have yet to try their chicken, the items I've had so far are hits! I'll definitely come back for more.

Great fried chicken sandwiches! Fresh and their oil looks to be changed often. The whole chickens are also amazing for take out for a full family meal. The fish was also very good and I actually enjoy this much more over the chickens sandwich. We went here 4 times in a month after we got hooked after our first visit. Very clean facility and very fast service. Price also excellent.

After traveling four different continents and enjoying fried chicken in everywhere from Singapore to Kentucky and a good portion of the American South including Nashville, TN, I am reasonably sure that I just had the best fried chicken sandwich here, in Stony Brook, NY. I got the spicy version and it was actually spicy with perfect breading and a real piece of chicken - not a mechanically separated melange of part formed into a patty. It had light and dark meat in it. The fries were excellent and appropriately portioned rivaling Legends Bar in New Suffolk. Strong recommend and i hope you have a similar experience.

The popcorn chicken has a great seasoning in the breading that I haven't ever had before. The grilled sandwich was made of seasoned thigh meat- absolutely delish. My husband liked the wings. Whole meal with wings, sandwich, tenders, fries, and popcorn chicken was 40$ . Definitely going back!
