These portions are *gigantic* in a good way (I understand the name now!)Today was my first time at Proportion and certainly won’t be my last. The gentleman behind the counter (maybe he was the owner?) helped walk me through how ordering works, was very friendly and professional. The variety of options was decent and all of the ingredients were fresh. You watch them make your salad, and the work station is very clean. In the end they mix it up for you and put it in a container which is busting out the seams. Green leafy base + 8 veggies + protein + topping + dressing. Easy enough.In total my salad (which honestly is about 3-4 normal servings of salad) plus a beverage cost approximately $18. Saving half for tomorrow because no human being can eat this much. Maybe Shrek but he’s an Ogre. Overall a positive experience and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking very hungry for something filling and healthy.My only dislike (and this is minor) is that they use styrofoam containers. Would be great if they switch to something more earth-friendly.

I rediscovered Proportion and I'm so happy I did!!! First of all I could not get over how clean this place is, you can lick the floors (not that I would) but it's definitely clean. The folks that work there are extremely nice and I will be a regular customer again at this place.

If I could give zero stars I would they got one star for the friendly service I am a foodie and debated from so many choices in that strip mall I decided to go healthy Big mistake got the pizza was one of the most disgusting things I ever ate set me back over 12 dollars one bite I threw it out save your money new in the area looking for lunch places so many great places this is NOT one of them

Hidden Gem!!! My Favorite is the Lorraine Scramble Side Salad… Ham, Swiss and your choice of 4 veggies and dry toppings not including your lettuce. The portions are crazy and the salad weighs about 5 lbs.

Delicious fresh salads. Super clean restaurant. Staff so nice. I have been going there for a few years and I have yet to meet a staff member who isn't friendly and courteous. It is a pleasure to eat their food. Generous portions. Just finished a yummy delicious salad where I chose all the toppings with a light blue cheese dressing. Definitely recommend, especially for anyone following Weight watchers. They have all the points listed on their menu.
The food here is so good and has huge portions!! What I get here is always good enough for at least 2 meals. It’s my favorite place to eat on weight watchers because it gives you a really good variety of healthier options to choose from

I ended up paying almost $14 for a side salad that was supposed to be $9.99. They charged extra for another scoop of dressing which was not posted anywhere and they did not tell me, and they charged extra for me paying with a debit card and they did not tell me. And Conveniently their receipt machine would not print so I couldn't get a receipt. I just saw the charge in my account. It was only after I called them that they explain to me why the price was the way it was when I looked at my bank account. That's sneaky and bad business what a rip off!!!!

First time trying this place. Really friendly service and big portions! This was a side salad (you can add veggies, choice of meat, cheese, and dry toppings). Definitely more than enough for 2 people.

Not sure how I ended up here.First off. The place is spotless. As in you could probably eat off the floor clean. Second. The salads are huge. I got a piece of eggplant parm and the side salad was no lie 5 lbs. Truly a steal for the price.Thirdly. For a healthy place I think if they had different kind of greens such as spinach, kale and avocado things like that I think it would bump up the salad quality. Although good, I did get the bag of Dole salad vibe. 4thly I'll be back if I want to eat light.

Came to Portion Cafe on a whim and I am so thrilled that I did! Not only was the service excellent the place was spotless! I could smell the clean!!! They also were so sweet my 2 little ones, they Let them try the frozen yogurt and needless to say my girls were so incredibly happy!!I ordered a chicken quesadilla wrap and it was AMAZING! It wasn't salty or mushy, it was crisp and fresh with not too much dressing. The portion was nice and big so I could share with my partner. I can't believe it took me this long to come in here. Can't wait to go back!!!
