Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices & Ice cream

Why did the hours change? Change them back, please. Why are we closing at 9:00 as the most popular dessert chain on the island. I’ve seen so many people (including myself) approach Ralph’s only to realize the hours have miraculously changed this year.

Definitely better for icees than ice cream.

Today Vienna helped me and my friend . She was so cool, best customer service . I am really excited to come back & I had such a good experience . I was on the fence about getting birthday cake cookie dough or hazelnut cream for my mom, Vienna was extremely patient & super funny ! Love it here !! 10/10

first time at this location, store was immaculate. they have nice tables and italian ice umbrellas outside so you can sit and enjoy your ices. a must visit.

Hours show that it should be open until 10 pm. All the lights were out at 7 pm and no indication that it should be closed

Wow!!! This location is AMAZING!! The young ladies are so nice and hard workers. Flo, the owner, picked the right young ladies to represent her and the store. My only dilemma is too many choices to choose from. Very sad that this location is on sabbatical until March 2nd- which also marks my return and hopefully every person who reads my review. A shout out to Flo who donated ice cream, so that I could bring to the nursing staff, on the unit I work on. The generous gesture was greatly appreciated and a perfect treat for a Sunday shift. Great location, with benches out front. Again, so many choices...my favorite is a toss up between pineapple, black cherry and strawberry cheesecake!! Our August to October( closing day) loot.

I like the place and the owner lady who I met ones but she leaves it to young employees at night times and they are just horribly bad stuff. They all worry about their friends who go over there to visit them, it is like high school party ? over there, good for them but not for us the real customers who has been keeping the place going for years.
