Ok, but wouldn't come back.
Dining room is dark, no windows and feels claustrophobic.
Service was ok, but waiter stood over us as we read the menu. Not cool.

Noodlicious! To make yours vegan just ask for the "vegetable broth & no egg" ? Broccoli & bok choy tasted fresh and mixed with noodles = super yummy!
This meal is 5 stars, but had to pick 4 on Happy Cow because it isn't an all vegan restaurant

Been coming here since COVID hit and it has never disappointed once. With a fair price in comparison to other noodle places like pho, although different it's even more delicious and flavorful than other places! Staff is always friendly and food comes out fast.

As a chronically stressed college student, I cannot tell you just how comforting their noodle soup is to me. I came in today after a long morning and finished another delicious bowl of the handpulled noodles with beef offal and extra veggies. Not only is my stress gone, but my spirit feels renewed! Their soups are full of flavor and the noodles are always perfectly done. I can’t praise Splendid Noodle enough.
Loved the hand cut noodles and the broth. SINCE I cannot successfully use chopsticks, I am a heathen unable to enjoy slurping the broth and noodles. I am told that is how to fully emjoy the dish...afterall it's not spaghetti!
