The only reason it gets 3 stars is because of convenient location for sitting down to chat between classes and and cut the college students some slack. They have long lines, never have ingredients, and they close early which sucks for people with evening classes.
This is the main Starbucks on campus. Lines are almost always long, but you can order online via the GET mobile app (when it actually works- and you can't use gift cards here). However, even when the line is short, don't be surprised if you have to wait 10+ minutes for your drink.Prices are the now even more expensive than NYC Starbucks prices, which are already higher than prices for Starbucks in Suffolk county. Super nice staff even when it's outrageously busy. Most of the bad reviews are complaints about how long the lines are, which can't be helped because it's a small counter space with only 2 registers. My only piece of advice is to order as early as possible because even on the rare chance they DO mess up an order after the 5-10 min wait, you can tell them and they'll happily re-do it for you. It's unfair to blame the 4 people working when the store is packed...
