Says they close at 3pm, but at 2:25pm the doors were locked and employees all cleaning up. In the span of a few minutes I watched myself and like 5 other people all try to enter - I guess they don’t need our business and I’ll go somewhere else 🤷♀️

Waited on line for 20 minutes. Ignored me and took other customers. When told, gave me an attitude and then told me I was giving an attitude. When I told manager she purposely took someone else instead of apologizing. Very bad customer service. I usually don’t write bad reviews but unfortunately this one is inevitable.

Sorry, if you can multitask and take care of the only two customers on line at the time waiting patiently for 10 mins & only one @ time till he/she pays for their items. There is a problem, especially if you ask me if I need help after I decide to walk out the door! No! At that point I don't need your help! The store does!

Small bagel low on taste. Asked for butter and if you’re charging over a dollar more for butter at least put on enough to taste. It had maybe 1-2 grams of butter. And to top it off, terrible coffee. Not kidding.

This family owned business has phenomenal food, and welcomes all of their customers. You get greeted with a smile every time you walk in, and the trip never disappoints. This is my new bagel store I go to now, and it will be for a while. They treat everyone with respect and kindness, and that’s how a business like this should be properly ran.
