If you want to wait forever for your breakfast sandwich come here. I called ahead knowing that the past few times of me ordering 2 egg sandwiches I have to stand on the side from 30-40 minutes. This time was the last straw of waiting an hour where it’s now lunchtime!!

Very disappointed in customer service and discrimination by Melanie. We were there recently with local friends, one of whom is white and the other is black. They ordered a simple bagel and cream cheese and six groups that came in later were served first. The black member of our party politely asked if the order had been forgotten about, and Melanie gave our friend a look and said “I’ll get them in a sec” but continued to not prepare their order. When the order was finally given and opened, our white party members received full cream cheese servings while our black party member received almost none. This appeared to have been racially motivated and we will not be returning. Very sad to see this still happens in our world today.

Very disappointing. Bagels are 20% smaller than anyone else's in the area, and the service is horrible. 3 people slowly serving a line that's almost out the door. Selection is dismal, most of the baskets have only 2 or 3 bagels, and some are completely empty at 9:30 am. Never going back.

My family and I order here every weekend. Typically the food is good. However - today I ordered my usual BEC and when I opened the sandwich to put some ketchup & hot sauce, there was a nice big black hair melted into the cheese and sticking out. I called and spoke to Diana who told me she could remake the sandwich for me. I appreciate that. But ya know.. The attitude from her was really what grossed me out. She tried to tell me “theres two bald guys in the back so Idk how that could have happened”… so what are you insinuating? That I’m lying?
They just lost good consistent customers.

Bagels and egg sandwiches perfect. Plenty of staff on a Saturday to complete my big order. Order was correct. All young staff (high school/college), but they were very professional and hardworking.

To eat there again I would highly suggest taking penicillin first NBC"

I did an online pick up order. I will say it was ready quick, but part of my order was missing, no utensils included, and it just didn’t taste good.. I wish I noticed missing items before I got home because, yes I would have said something, but wasn’t worth going back for in my opinion. I won’t be back.
