2nd time I’ve followed the rules on the coupon and they’ve told me either I cannot “use that menu” or “ you have to pay more” right after showing them the coupon. I think it’s their way of making everyone pay full price everytime. Going to be reporting this franchised store to Subway Corporate.

Doesn't honor coupons, even though the coupons worked in two other Subways I've been to in Bay Shore and Islip.Was trying to use the "Get three footlongs for $17.99" coupon, which specifically says in the fine print that it only excludes "Footlong Sidekicks, The Monster, The MexiCali, Turkey Cali Club, The Beast & The Garlic Roast Beef", so the other speciality/numbered footlongs should be able to be purchased with the coupon, but staff (probably manager) says that I can't and that I'm limited to the basic footlongs, which isn't true. I was able to use the coupon to purchase the #4, #8, and #11 at two other Subways in the last two weeks, but of course just go ahead and argue with a customer instead of honoring it. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I will not be back to this location after this SECOND problem with my orders. Problem #1 - Yesterday I ordered two subs, one was the Steak melt and another was a Turkey sub and they forgot to put cheese on the steak melt and forgot to toast BOTH sandwiches. I was disappointed but I let it go. Problem #2 - Today I gave them another chance and ordered two “Steak Melts” but instead I made sure to check both before leaving. They only put 1x cheese not 3x as stated on the order page and when I went to talk to them to ask why they told me it was the right amount and 3x cheese meant it was doubled not tripled and argued with me in front of customers about it. I mentioned what happened the day before about them forgetting to put the cheese and the girl said “I don’t know, I didn’t make it yesterday.”, and didn’t even offer to make up for it. They have sandwiches with the normal amount cheese and then 2x and 3x so what’s the difference between the 2x and 3x then? Regardless they lied and gave the normal amount when it costs extra. I”m not trying to be a “Karen” but this is ridiculous. This location is CHEAP and LIE about portions and when they get caught cheating their customers they don’t even make it right. I will be calling corporate with pictures on Monday. Good job!

This location is one of the best subways around here. They have the sweetest staff and they keep the place very clean. The sandwiches are fulfilling and unlike other places they put sufficient toppings and close the sandwiches properly. The restrooms are clean and operable unlike others. They accept coupons as well.
Vegetarian options: The veggies patties are so delicious. Their also veggie delight which is basically different kinds of vegetables on the sandwich but veggie patty is like a veggie burger is fulfilling and yummy. One should definitely try it!
Kid-friendliness: The girl working there gave my son and my daughter free cookies even though they were a menace. She was so sweet. Thank you
Parking: There is ample space in front of the store to park the car around. Easy walk to the store.
Wheelchair accessibility: During one of my eating sessions there I realised it is a very convenient place for people with wheelchair to sit and have a good meal with their loved once. I would love to bring my grandma here.

This was the WORST subway Steak and Cheese I EVER. Order online still had to wait 1hr AFTER I got there and best of all I got a VEGETARIAN Sub. DO NOT WASTE YOUR FUEL TO GO THERE!! NEVER AGAIN
