Food here is pretty great if you like fresh options but very expensive (like everything). Normally I don’t leave bad reviews but unfortunately they refused to accept my Groupon which was still valid and they wouldn’t even take the promo value ?. They directly blamed Groupon for not paying them but it’s bad business to put it on someone else and then have no process to do right by their customers. If you like overpriced decent salads and bad business service, this is the place for you

Was surprised that (2) build your own salads added up to $47 for me and my husband. It was a salad, nothing that you can’t make yourself. It’s just the convenience when you are out and want something healthy. I won’t be going back because the prices were way too high for me.

This was my first time trying them as I got the groupon and I will not be coming back here again, from calling over the phone to place an order he asks me to call back in 15-20 minutes , which I did. Only to be put on hold for 10 minutes. Then I gave specific instructions and wanted to add on meat to my salad since I had 45$ worth of food I can get and he completely missed the instructions just have salad with no protein in it. Also the guy is very unclear as a worker he tells me on phone I don't have to get 45$ worth of food today, I dont have to use the whole thing. Only to in person say he never said that thats not how he worded it.. as a professional I think I understand simple instructions. Why would I get 30$ of food if the voucher is for 45$ very deceiving?

I just ordered from this place, I used to go to proportions all the time to get my salads, or meals before this place came around. I’m not too sure if they changed things around or if they updated the place but it’s exactly like proportions! The salads were absolutely delicious, and the size portions were massive! Can’t get any better than this place, it’s a little costly but it’s worth it for its size and quality! It’s super fresh, and I love how they give you a lot of options when it comes to toppings making it gluten free, and vegan friendly!I highly recommend!

I have given Supreme Salads too many chances and will not be going here again. Despite having great food, the service provided is terrible and not worth the trouble.Three times in the last two months they have forgotten to put chicken on my salad (a +$5.00 charge by the way). And two other times I have placed an order ahead (with ample notice) only to show up to an empty restaurant, my order not ready, and the workers chatting away.Usually I am forgiving of these mistakes as they are mild inconveniences at most, but upon calling to request a new salad be made I was told by the worker there- Aaron- that I was WRONG and that there was chicken in my salad.Aaron- I have eyes- there was no chicken in my salad.I am not surprised to see other reviewers having the exact same interaction with this worker at Supreme Salads. I would love to recommend it to people, but the service makes it not worth the trouble.

Been here a few times, Food is okay and nice portions. I spent $5.19 for chicken on my salad though and never got chicken...Called the place to see what we can do and the staff were adamant and that there WAS chicken and told me to not ask for it to be chopped in next time.. since it is hard to see. I was honestly surprised... take a look at the pictures and tell me if there is chicken (I could only find cheese).

Love this place! My favorite local spot to grab lunch. I’m vegan and was happy to see a vegan specific wrap, dessert, and smoothie, but there are plenty of options that can easily be modified. The salad portions are huge. There’s even a soft serve Oreo ice cream dessert. Went for the first time last week. Very friendly staff. I loved watching a more experienced staff help a new employee. She was kind and patient. Pretty decent salad. Spicy Caesar salad w chicken . It didn't come with croutons. Weird - I didn't realize until I got home. I thought it was very expensive. Nearly $20 for a take out salad. Person next to me was getting several protein shake made. They looked good but again, pricey. I might try it again. Sorry - no picture.
