One of our new favorite places for bao, buns, and hot pot! We had the frog leg hot pot and it was delicious. Also, our staples have become the lamb sandwich and the pork baos. The fried chicken (popcorn chicken) is a yummy comfort food. Staff is so kind and always willing to offer yummy recommendations. We also love sitting and eating in the restaurant - it's got such a warm and relaxing vibe.

This place have the Best dumplings around. Thin skin, juicy, filling taste fresh, and the dumplings are fried very nicely (mini crunchy skirt). Closest thing to Flushing dumplings to you can get around here. I had tried a lot of dumplings around this neighborhood and they are either too doughy, thick skinned, not juicy, or felt like over marinated or super old filling. Other food are decent too.

Should have trust others’ one star before I order. It was good last year, but this year, the food quality is so under expectations. The pork has a lot of hair which is so disgusting. And the tasty is very below average. So are other dish I ordered, taste like wax. You should keep your food quality otherwise no one will come back.

This place is within a shopping plaza adjacent to Stonebrook Road. The food is decent if you want a quick bite of Dim Sum. I especially recommend pig trotter this. The service quick, and the ambience is casual. The food is OK but not phenomenal for the price.

Not your local take out restaurant. The food is prepared in traditional fashion. Restaurant uses ducks and lamb from local Long Island farms. The service is friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and preparation. Everything tasted fresh and prepared perfectly.

NEVER order takeout from this place. Smallest portions I’ve ever seen. I thought it was half eaten when it came.

Clearly a labor of love. This place is small, maybe 14 seats, but the food coming out of that kitchen is excellent. The waiter was friendly and handled the seated orders with the take out efficiently. My sister and I got an order of pork bao, and pork soup dumplings to share. Both were great and the soup dumplings had an excellent and rich broth. I moved on to the Yi Bin noodles and they were covered in the delicious and floral peppercorns with excellent noodles. My sister got a beef noodle soup that was perfectly flavored. We had to get the pork bao for dessert and left very satisfied.

Just came here with my daughter on Columbus Day. It's definitely a hole in the wall, but their food is wonderful. I would steer very clear of the awful service given at red river which is literally a 2 minute walk from this place and come here instead! We got dan dan mien, soup dumplings, sautéed Bok choy and wonton soup. Everything was fresh and flavorful. If we're ever in the area we won't hesitate to stop here again. Thanks Tao's!!

First few times I came here and ordered the Dandan noodles it was amazing, flavorful and the same every time I ordered it. Unfortunately the past 5 times I've gotten it each time it was a completely different meal, with different ingredients and made with boiled spaghetti. The chef seems different every time, too. I want to keep coming back but I never know what I'm going to get so I'd like some consistency.

I’ve been here a few times now and am delighted to say it has been great food and good service that is extremely consistent!Food is reasonably priced and they have a very nice menu for those who like Asian food. Caters to creatures of habits as well as those who want to try out new things.Highly recommend all their baos!
