The service is miserable, this is not the same Bagel Train of years past. one out of two orders are incorrect, (simple stuff) people at the counter act as if you are bother them, simple orders take 20 minutes. When the order is right the food is good but who wants a 50% chance that the order is going be correct.

When you order a sausage, egg and cheese bagel, they don’t give you any ordinary, cheap ground up sausage patty. It’s the real deal! Great bagels and reliable.

I really liked this place and then had a bad experience with a rude almost cruel staff member. Great bagels, but the people who work there are very mean. I was even thinking of ordering food from here for my daughter’s birthday party. Probably won’t return just due to the cruelty I just encountered. Update: just checked and my order was wrong as well

This is the best bagel spot in the area. They've found bagel perfection: large bagels with a crunchy exterior and soft, fluffy, slightly chewy interior. They're popping them out fresh, especially in the mornings when you'll often get a baker's dozen that's still warm from the oven. They have blueberry bagels, which are often hard to find, on certain days (I believe it rotates with the French toast bagel).

Ordered roll with bacon egg and cheese w hash brown , terrible very oily and forgot to put ketchup when I reminded them twice . Lol no biggie just won’t be going there again!

Messed up whole order and wasn't even busy. asked for a bacon egg and cheese with hash-brown with salt pepper ketchup and hot sauce. Got bacon and egg on a bagel with nothing else. Also ordered a toasted sesame bagel with tuna and lettuce and got it on a roll. it was written correctly on the ticket so someone in the back must have trouble reading.
