“We tried out a new amazing restaurant in Suffern,Ny during their preopening with my sister and brother in law and wife @tnt_makeup_by_chani @myndis last night @peppercrust. From the moment you are greeted with a hand shake to the atmosphere to the service which was top notch to the food which was 5 stars we were happy we drove 45 minutes. We went with a combo of their two prefix menus. The 5 course and 3 course. We had both apps the gnocci with veal and wild mushrooms, fired chicken sticks. Next was soup, we had minestrone and summer pea, next was a refreshing salad. The main we all decied to get the same 42 day aged pepper crusted prime rib. They always gave us a complimentary pepper crusted baby back rib. Both where amazing. “We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was welcoming and comfortable. The highlight of our evening was our server, Nachum. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering attentive and friendly service without being overbearing. We had the salmon and the red snapper special - brilliantly prepared by our chef. And dessert - oh my, must try the pistachio crème brûlée. Wait staff was friendly and attentive.
