We love the delicious food and cocktails, as well as the extensive Wine List. The service is excellent and the restaurant has a great vibe. The only negative is the Cold Air flowing from the AC on the tables in the back of the restaurant. You should bring a jacket as it's cold.

After receiving multiple recommendations from many Phoenix/Scottsdale locals, my husband and I went to the E. Shea blvd location. We were seated speedily at a high top table and immediately could tell this was a local favorite. We were seated near the crowded bar where the owner was chatting with customers as if they had known each other for years. During our meal, he visited our table for a quality control check and we had nothing but complements. We ordered a variety of protein forward dishes all flavored uniquely and every thing was delicious. My favorite bite of the night was their version of honey-walnut prawns. Crispy, creamy, perfectly sweet, I couldn't stop eating them. The flow of patrons never ceased while we were there—for both in-house dining and lots of takeout orders. So, if you're in the Scottsdale area and have a taste for some yummy Chinese food, Jade Palace is fully worth the hype.

My General Ling's chicken seemed to be over cooked and did not taste good. I asked for white meat but am not sure that is what I received. My wife's sweet and sour chicken as too sweet. The meal was disappointing

Our evenings at both locations of Jade Palace are always perfect! Last night at the Shea location was no exception!!! The food was delicious and our server, Kathy, was top-notch. The GM stopped by the table to make sure all was well and I assured him that it was. We look forward to our next "date night" at Jade Palace. Bud McLarty

We like Jade Palace , normally you can have a conversation with your guests. This nite (most likely because it was Valentine's Eve). They had a musical group consisting of musical instruments & a female singer. They were so loud especially the singer we could not hear our guests seated across the table from us. Skip the loud music let your guests enjoy conversing with their guests.

One of our favorite Chinese restaurants! White tablecloth, excellent service and the food couldn't be better. It is not your typical Chinese joint and so you will pay more, but it will be worth it.

Best place for Chinese food. Being from NY, I'm hard to satisfy and Jade's Palace made be feel right at home. Took my in-laws that from New England and they absolutely loved the place. Don't walk, RUN! Make reservations so you aren't sad when they're all booked up and you're outside peering in at all the yummy goodness that Jade has to offer.

Jade Palace has the best Chinese food in the Phoenix area. We used to live in CA and had access to numerous great Chinese restaurants and this is right up there with the best. Service staff are friendly and attentive, and they are well-staffed. We've eaten here frequently and they are consistently good. We'll be back many more times!
