The food was delicious. I had the gorditas with cecina. And it felt very authentic. Like a piece of Mexico in NY. The cheese they use for the quesadilla and tortas is quesillo or Oaxaca. And it makes a huge difference in how delicious the food is.
This place serves really good tacos. The best part? We ordered a few things and we all enjoyed our individual meals. The green salsa was my favorite and I really liked how cebollitas were and radishes were included with the order. Mine were carne asada and I’d definitely order them again! The worst part? True authentic tacos! Super yummy Birria tacos and consume! Even the house salsas have so much flavor. The greens salsa verde is the spicier one, the red salsa sauce has a lovely smokiness. I forgot to take a photo until I had eaten quite a bit, I got too excited
