I haven't had Subway's in a very long time, there wasn't anything wrong with ordering the food online, the problem I had was when I went to the this location for pick-up expecting the order to be what I ordered on the app, but it wasn't possible. I ordered the Baja Chipotle Chicken and the Outlaw with the app promotion BOGO Foot long. With the lack of supply this location had. I was told they have no steak. How do you advertise steak subs but have no steak in supply at this location? Now if steak wasn't available at this location the app should of denied me from completing the order if there was no supply. This location didn't even have the SubKrunch that was supposed to go on top of the Baja Chipotle Chicken sub. The worker gave me an option I had no choice but to take because of no other meat options at this location. I wanted to 2 separate subs to try but I was only able to settle for 2 Baja Chipotle Chicken minus the SubKrunch. So my suggestion and review SUBWAY, is to supply each location with enough supply for all sub options or have the app tell it's customers the sub trying to be ordered is not available at the location.

Quite possibly the most comedic experience buying a sandwich I have ever had! My girlfriend and I came in and ordered two footlong sandwiches. There was an Indian couple behind the counter, and what must have been a 100,000 BTU air conditioner blasting the entry. The woman prepped our sandwiches with minimal meat, and handed them off to the guy next to her. The man seemed visibly new, as he hesitated to select the proper toppings. Until this point, things were relatively routine.

In response to the man’s timidness, the woman aggressively threw the paper on the floor and took over for the man. My girlfriend and I looked at each other in discomfort, but shrugged it off and waited for the woman to finish her angry sandwich dressing.

Once we reached the bell pepper stage, things got a little spicy. My girlfriend asked for a few extra bell peppers, and the woman responded with a jargoned speech, and pointed to various parts of the menu board above head. From what I could gather, she was putting her foot down and demanding that we pay extra for extra peppers. So I asked: “is what you’re saying that; we have to pay for a few expra peppers?”

The woman responded: “No”, and then proceeded to explain that the sandwiches “over here” are the way they are, and “if you want to add pepper, then you order there” she said pointing to the “Build a Sandwich” section. She explained that if we add ANYTHING, that the calorie count and bread dryness would not be true to the recipe. I found this funny due to the fact that a.) she used no measurement when putting the peppers on, and b.) … it’s Subway.

Regardless, we proceeded with our order and paid for two meals ($37.69).

Upon picking up the bag by the pre-cut handles, the bag ripped open and fell to the ground. I jokingly exclaimed: “that’s certainly not 47 cents worth of bag!”. The woman replied: “you don’t hold the bag like that. You used it wrong”. To which I replied: “there are HANDLES in the bag. That’s the purpose of handles!” I asked for a new bag, which (surprisingly) the woman honored, and proceeded to put the original bag within the new one.

The woman began to get involved, and continued to attempt to explain how to correctly hold a bag. We shoed her away, thanked her, and left the store.

Bottom line: The culinary integrity of the Subway sandwich is of the utmost importance to this business owner. For the specially designed sandwiches along the North wall, you need not add ANYTHING to these masterpieces, as they have measured the ingredients by the milligram, and to change such a beautifully crafted design would be true sandwich sacrilege. If you think you can craft a better sandwich, you would be the one behind the counter of this culinary destination. Let’s be honest… you just aren’t qualified.

On an honest note, I am not angry, rather thankful for yet another Sunnyside Indian-run Fast Food experience, and another funny story (albeit expensive story). Another all-time favorite place I like to get disciplined at while ordering food and bev is the Dunkin Donuts a few blocks away. If you would like to experience a story like the one above, check out the Dunkin Donuts and order a “pancake wrap”. Place your order, sit back and watch chaos ensue!

Dangerous place I bought a pizza for my little girl and the guy didn't heat it up properly, it was still cold, luckily we realized before she ate it, I complained to the guy and he gave me the excuse that the microwave wasn't working properly, this place should be closed down because it is dangerous for people, especially children, be careful.

Horrible experience!
Guy behind the counter is extremely rude and unprofessional, there is no customer service here whatsoever, they want to give you what they want/have, not what you already order online.
How shameful, place real workers behind the counter, not your relatives/friends, because they are giving a horrible experience.
