Okay, this location needs to be shut down. My cheese was not sliced but rather pulled apart and thrown on the sandwich, barely one slice worth! Then the tomatoes and onions were all recently JUST frozen and thawing while in my sandwich- so by time I got home- entire bread was soaked inside. The bread is stale. The onions were frozen so ZERO flavor- tasted like mushy ice... I mean....I want my money back honestly.Also, I could have easily robbed this store because the nice lady working was taking a break and didn't hear me say HELLO 7 times.... and there was cash just laying out by register.And to top it off, soda was flat.

There’s a subway close to my house so it’s a convenient, cheap, not so unhealthy option for when I don’t feel like cooking. I always get the same thing as I’m a creature of habit. The last time I was there I asked for extra spinach (as usual) and the girl behind the counter was literally grabbing one piece of spinach at a time. I asked again for extra and she responded with something about the “rules”. I didn’t realize there was a shortage of spinach? I was willing to pay whatever I just want to be able to enjoy my food. The terrible customer service and mediocre food together is not a good combo. I left so angry for the fact that my simple request after a long stressful day was too much for her to handle. I won’t be going back ever again.

Ridiculous service from the young guy , he didn’t know how to make sandwiches how to put sauce, I aske to toasted even don’t know how to toast. Very very bad experience. He didn’t close the sandwich and proceed to wrapping how bad it is. I hope it help other to go there before.

One of the worst subways I've ever been to. The employees are negligent and rude. They will overcharge you for little things like 1 dollar for a bag.Don't get yourself sick by eating here

It's subway so don't go overboard with expectations but this particular sub in queens is ok overall. Didn't go the typical subway sandwich route today as they have the underrated personal pizza available and with a few chocolate chip cookies and a large fountain soda I can say that subways in Sunnyside Queens did a good job on a Friday afternoon. Quick service , plenty of places to sit as the place is empty and keeping it simple at subways is the way to go .overall 3 stars on my yelp meter and what the heck adding a extra half star for the still warm and chewy cookie .

However, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I would like to bring several issues to your attention:Language Barrier: The staff member on duty during my visit had difficulty communicating in English, which made it challenging to place my order accurately and efficiently. Furthermore, she seemed disinterested in listening to customer requests, leading to a frustrating experience.Inadequate Toppings: I was disappointed to find that my foot-long sandwich contained an insufficient amount of cucumbers and tomatoes.
