Whats the Scoop Ice Cream Cafe

Awesome little Ice Cream place with outdoor seating. Reflectively close to the water and across the road from a nice little park where they had some live music happening at the time.

Loved it, more than enough per-serving

I went here with my aunt, two cousins, and my sister. My sister ordered a small Kahlua Almond Amaretto on a cone, my aunt ordered a Caramel Praline Turtle, one of my cousins got a kid's size Vanilla, the other cousin got a kid's Dairy-Free Blueberry Pancake, and I ordered a small Dairy-Free Blueberry Pancake. The staff was friendly, attentive, and great. This place tends to get busy, although the line moves fast. There is no indoor seating at this location, the seating is outside. The area does get packed. It is a pet-friendly area, which is good. Overall, a nice ambiance. My aunt did feel it was more on the pricier side which is why I deducted a star. The great thing is everyone enjoyed the ice cream, we just wish the ice cream was homemade.

My family and I arrived at Slyvan Beach today. We were full from lunch still but wanted a sweet treat. We first stopped at a candy store thinking they had ice cream there. They didn't sell any ice cream but they told us about What's the Scoop.

We walked down a little ways and ran right into it. It was busy! So many people out enjoying the night and their sweet treats. There were a good amount of tables to sit at. I appreciate the big umbrellas! You can enjoy your cold treat without the hot sun beating down on you.

There were big menu boards and lists of ice cream available. There are so many options! There's ice cream, Dole Whip, milk shakes, sundaes. So many goodies to pick from. There was also a non dairy cookies and cream available. The cherry Italian ice listed so that was my pick.

My daughter got a small scoop of brownie batter. I ordered a kid's scoop of the cherry Italian ice. Holy cow! I thought my daughter ordered a double scoop but it was their small portion. My kid's scoop would blow competitors out of the water. My scoop was huge for a kid's scoop. In most ice cream joints, my scoop would be considered a small.

The brownie batter was very chocolatey! It was very creamy was well. The cherry Italian ice was very vibrant in color. It was also very flavorful. We sat at a cute table on the sidewalk next to the street and enjoyed our goodies.

This town is something you see in Hallmark movies and this ice cream joint fits right in it. It's cute, local and they serve some yummy goodies. The staff is really sweet. It's hard not to fall in love with this place. I look forward having goodies here all week.

We got the ice cream nachos to share and honestly could be shared between 3-4 people! For 5 people ordering, the order cost $23 and was so reasonable!

My family has had a wonderful experience every time we go here.

They have 7 people "working" inside and a 30 minute wait to get your order. Not sure how that works exactly. But if you're willing to wait, they have Perrys ice cream. So there's that. Oh and order a small, since the large is the same size.

A whopping three vegan ice cream flavours which is impressive given the location. I believe the ice cream brand is Perry's. A little expensive but good to have options.

Roasted Coconut and Raspberry Swirl are the best. Service is great and parking behind the building gave us easy access.

Just a good ice cream place, nice bike ride to get there from home

I found it. Hard to decide because of the vast selection but the employee was very helpful and pointed out some suggestions that made it easier to choose. It was very yummy ?
